This bicycle shop is awesome! They do excellent work and are honest and fair with there service and pricing. This is the best place to go! I have checked out numerous bike shops in the area and none of them compare. Hamlet has been in the bicycle racing scene for years and there is no one I would rather have working on my bike. Every time I have puchased a used bike I bring it in and let them check it over. The first time I had a bicycle fixed they gave me a quote and a time it would be done. They finished the bike early and the price was less than what they quoted. If you are interested in getting into cycling, just need a repair done or need maintenance done this is the by far the best place to go! Not to mention they also even rent all different types of cool bicycle and bicycle type peddling things right there on the silver comet.Try one before you buy one. This place is great! thank you Boneshaker Bicycles for helping me with my mountain bike repair needs. Now I can feel good about trashing my bike on the trails knowing that I can easily get it fixed for a reasonable cost without having to deal with some type of big bicycle company that doesnt even care. These guys care and they show it!

The quality service and attention to detail at Boneshaker is only beaten by the friendly helpful attitude of the owners and staff. I didnt know anything about the repairs I needed and came in because the quote I received from another shop made getting repairs the least favorable choice. The same repairs at Boneshaker was MORE THAN HALF the price with professional guidance as to the best thing for a novice rider to do. I really felt like they were consulting and advising as people who are passionate about the biking sport and their desire to see me enjoy riding was greater than their desire to make a profit. I would highly recommend them to everyone regardless of your bike riding experience. They want and appreciate your business and have the heart of a servant!

These guys offer superior customer service and stock really great products. We brought our bikes down from NC planning to ride on the Silver Comet with some friends from Atlanta. While loading the bikes to head to the Silver Comet we discovered a flat. We found Boneshaker through a Google search and stopped by the shop. We were prepared to rent a bike while they worked on ours but they took our bike in the shop, replaced our tube and had us out the door and on the trail in 15 minutes. Very friendly, super knowledgeable. They have a great line of bikes. If you need a bike or a bike serviced, this is the place to go. They are right on the Silver Comet Trail. Well probably use the trail parking next to them every time we want to ride the Powder Springs section. Awesome.

I went here to order a GT bmx for my son. I met Hamlett and was very impressed by his knowledge and how professional he was. We ordered a GT from california and I was trying to get the bike home before my 8 year old son got back from the summer in Europe with grandparents so he could be surprised. The same day it arrived Hamlett jumped right on it and put together and called me to come pick it up. Not only does he have a vast knowledge of all bikes but he is one of the few people around that really knows BMX. Great experience and I will be making this my go-to bike shop for sure even though I have to drive over an hour to get there. Quality and kindness is worth the time and money.

I moved here from syracuse ny and was looking for a friendly bike shop to go to. I walked into this bike shop and felt like i was part of a family the 2 guys that run it are amazing. I bought a new bike and loved the bike but the handle bars were a little to fair out and they put a shorter stem on no question asked. these two men took all the time i needed they were not in a hurry or tried pushing me into buying something they are just great guys. I would tell anybody who wants a bike fixed or buy a used or new bike to go see these guys first there is still customer service around. best bike shop in Georgia

I was riding my bicycle on the Silver Comet Trail and I started having trouble with my gears. I stopped in because they were right off the trail. Jim greeted me at the front and Hamlet worked on the bike in the back. Hamlet soon revealed to me that it was working properly after messing with it for a minute. To my embarrassment I was changing gears while coasting and it was messing them up. They sent me on my way without charge and said "have a blessed day" and I did. What nice guys they are. Also they have some very cool bikes in the showroom in the back. New, used and rentals.

My wife and I arent quiet ready to purchase road bikes of our own, so weve been going here for a few weeks to rent theirs. We go two or so times a week as cross-training, and theyve been really good to us so far. The staff is willing to answer questions and they have been nice about letting me rent for an hour close to closing time (I get off of work late). I couldnt tell you about the rest of their services or the quality of their inventory, but the rentals are in great shape and are very serviceable for part-time cyclists like us.

Great place and awesome customer service!! I went there today with my two year old son and rented a bike and trailer/buggy for him to ride in. From the time I walked in to the time I was riding down the silver comet was less than 5 minutes. The location couldnt be in a better spot, the trail is maybe 30feet from the door of the shop. They also all sorts of bikes/trikes to chose from. I will be going back there very soon and very often, I highly recommend this place if you have never been.

Out of all the bike shops around me, this place is the best! With friendly service and the rates are the best around. I was thinking about buying a 3G bike for a while and I knew they were a dealer for them and they let me rent one for little to nothing to see if it was the right one for me and after doing that, I was sold on them. I ended up buying the bike from them and its been a great relationship ever since. And with them being right on the trail, you cant ask for more.

Great Shop! Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and trustworthy. These guys are a hidden gem, take the time to check them out! Purchased a Del Sol for the lady of the house...there were some special things she wanted done and Hamlet said he could get it done...I saw the work he had done on some similar bikes and I have NO doubt he can and will. I will be back next time for a bike for me!
