Stopped into the new Fort Wright location with my two year old daughter less then an hour before they closed with no knowledge of what I needed. I was greeted as we walked in by both the gentleman that were working on bikes behind the counter. Danial then came out introduced himself and got me fitted for a pair of shoes and got me all the gear I needed to take long rides on my road bike all while my daughter was being crazy. He even included her in trying on the shoes. Overall great experience and will definitely be stopping back for anything I need for my bike and hopefully see Danial but if everyone is as helpful as him this shop will have a great future. Thanks again Danial.

Best bicycle shop in Northern Kentucky. That "other place" should stick to selling ribs. The people at Trek Bicycle Shop in Ft. Wright are knowledgeable and friendly bike riders you can trust with all your cycling needs. I sure do!

The sales experience was good. Shopping for a 4.5 year old. The bike we bought cost more than the initial bike they showed us. They werent pushy. Then at check out the salesmen (Plural) celebrated "bike day" with my son.

Service was awesome I think everyone there is a mechanic so they are knowledgeable. Very friendly and honest with more than fair pricing...store has come along nicely since the initial opening!

They carry basic everything but its 4 stars because they didnt carry bike parts like a seat post. And that they could order it but it would be a 3 week wait.
