SPUN (Judi and Dominic) treated me like family from the moment I walked in. After a handful of bike projects and custom road bike wheels I still enjoy visiting more each time. They are proud to value customer service above all else and it shows. Whenever service or parts are ready I get a phone call or FB message immediately from Judi which is great as you dont want to be without a bike for long! You might think this comes at a premium but their prices are very reasonable! Ive seen them work on cheap old bikes to high end race bikes and they treat each customer with the same level of respect. Also, Dominic can fix anything and crack jokes while doing it. I always get a laugh from the Campy horror movies he has playing in the background. Again, I cant reco SPUN enough. They put the fun in bike riding whether its road bikes or commuters or BMX. Check em out!

I cant say enough positive things about them! Being from Iowa and used to my family owned bike shops this was a breath of fresh air to walk in and have an amazing local husband and wife shop! They were beyond friendly and gave me an amazing price to fix up my Surly. I read all the reviews I could before coming here because I wanted to make sure they could work on my Surly Long Haul Disc Trucker and I am beyond amazed at the quality of work and the honest, fair assessment of my front wheel which I needed to replace and they made sure I had the same quality wheel and within my price range. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting a amazing locally owned shop and not a big box store.

Looking for a new bike? SPUN is not a bike mill. Theyll find the best bike for your riding style and budget. They dont push bikes to move inventory. Got a bike in need of repair? Their attitude is, "if you ride it well love it!" Dom and Dakota are master mechanics and can not only repair and upgrade your baby but tweak its fit like no one else in the Cincinnati area. It they have SPUN t-shirts in stock when you visit youd better grab one in your size quick! Theyre sought after and sell fast! (Ask for a sticker too!)

Just moved here from Atlanta and decided to stop by Spun bicycles vs another bike shop that was a bit closer to me (just for the sake of trying a business that wasnt necessarily closer for a change.) Im really glad I did. Excellent first experience: stellar and friendly customer service, took care of me promptly, provided me with what I was looking for, and welcomed me to the city. Highly recommend, and am looking forward to visiting this particular business for all of my future biking needs.

Best bike shop in Cincinnati! They are very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. I stop by when passing by just to say hello to Dom and Judi. It is a very small and tight shop, but they make it work to keep prices low and still have everything you could need. If not, they will get it ASAP. They always take all of the time required to help me no matter what the problem is or how extensive the issue.

Hands down great shop. If youre looking for a $4k carbon fiber race machine, this isnt the place for you. If you want a great, comfortable experience with passionate and knowledgeable folks that dont talk down to you, you will love it. You can tell Dom and Judys passion is just to get people on bikes they love. Great prices, great people, great service.
