Bicycles & More has the best service Ive ever encountered in any business, not to mention the bicycle business. Im a complete novice with bicycles, and they helped me every step of the way in finding a bicycle that was right for me and in my price range. I found an excellent city bike that is perfect for me as a student at UC, and they even helped me find an extra-secure bike lock and bolted down my bike seat so I wouldnt have to worry about it being stolen. They showed me how to do everything from removing the front wheel and pumping the tires to changing the seat height and using the different speeds. Not to mention, they also perform maintenance on your new bike for three years after you purchase it, free of charge. This shop is truly a gem of Cincinnati and a must for anyone into bicycling, novice or master.

I love this place. Since I go to UC I used to go to Campus Cyclery but got tired of their horrible service, high prices, and low selection so I started coming to Bicycles & More. Their staff are very friendly and upfront about everything and treat you as a friend, not a moneybag. They install all parts you buy from them for free and if you buy a bike from them they keep a record of the serial numbers and your name in case it gets stolen. They have a great selection of all types of bikes and accessories from BMX to road to mountain. They also buy some used bikes so theyre basically a one stop shop for any bike needs.

I recently purchased a Fuji Roubaix road bike from BAM and cant say enough about how wonderful the entire operation is. They are friendly, professional, fair, knowledgable, and honest. The new location on Glenway is great: spacious showroom and great repair shop in the back. Their prices are great and their repair work is top notch. I will continue to shop there for years and years! Thanks Ron and Wanda for a great experience!!!

Great Shop to go to. I was referred here by a friend of mine and I am glad I went. I am just getting into riding a bike and I was looking for something that would be easy and comfortable for me to use since I am a bigger guy. Sold me the bike I needed and not the most expensive one. Gave great advice on first time ridding also. Will defiantly be coming here for all future bike needs including my wifes when she is ready to start!

I have known Ron and Wanda for many years and they have always been a great shop. They are a family owned small business that goes above and beyond for their customers. For being a small shop they carry a large variety of bikes and parts. You really cannot go wrong going there and they will treat you fairly.
