Allyson Carr

This place does a great job at creating a welcoming and family friendly atmosphere. We attended the Harry Potter book release with my two kids, age 11 and 13, and they both loved it. Even though one of them is not really in to Harry Potter he still enjoyed all of the activities they had in addition to the fact that Starbucks was open for the event as well!

Staff could be more friendly. One employee likes to tell people what to do and has designated herself as the sleep police. Ive seen her embarrass a few people that dozed off while they were waiting for family members to finish shopping. Each time that I saw it happen, they gathered their family quickly and left without purchasing anything.

Found more than I was looking for! Liked the "cozy mysteries" were in their own space. Staff were asking everyone if they could help them. I was asked 3 xs. Nice to be asked once, but I know they were trying to be helpful.

LOVE the setting inside and the atmosphere I would just request putting more plug ins around the chairs so people can charge their phones and computers.

Went there to spend a gift card, bought a small pocket travel book which was over $15. Books are very expensive here, especially when compared to Amazon.

Always nice to go into a brick and mortar bookstore. Prices are still quite a bit higher than what you can find online but that is to be expected.

The people that work here are happy and helpful. My son loves to look at the different books and toys in the kid section which is pretty nice.

A great kids area and a good selection of books. The cafe has a nice selection and they carry Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes.... yummo!

Staff was very helpful and professional. My needs had to be ordered and I was in and out in less than 10 min. Great job
