Computers cant look books up in their store- and nothing on the shelves is in any kind of order. I tried to ask for help- clerk shrugged and told me to go look again. Last time i will ever go to that store. I prefer to buy in a store, but Ive seen better organization and customer service at a garage sale. You would think of youre going to try to sell books for more than it costs to do so from the comfort of your own home- and find exactly what you want- you would atleast try to give the customer a good experience or keep your store (and bathrooms) clean. I was going to spend $100 there today- guess this is why they are dying.

I was ejected from this establishment for trying to put my own written works on the shelves. Its not my fault that publishers arent interested in erotic fan fiction about Full House. Granted, they mostly involve Uncle Jesse and Comet and to some it may seem like 150 pages of John Stamos plowing a golden retriever. However, I approach the subject in a very classy way that makes the reader believe it could really happen. Books&Co does not care about writers unless they are backed by a big publisher. I will continue to sell my books on DirecTVs support forum the way God intended.

Never shopping there again after buying ONE item, being asked if I want to get a membership there, being asked if I want to donate to something, then being forced to subscribe to three magazines for a "free trial" then having to spend 10 minutes on the phone with a robot to cancel all three subscriptions that they were going to start charging me for in a few months (a friend told me about that part). No thanks, Ill go somewhere else.

I had not shopped at Books & Co in several years. I found it very disappointing. It is obvious it is now part of a big chain, with little character to the selections. Has completely lost the feel of a small independent bookstore. It was also discouraging that, even upon purchasing several items, getting change for a dollar was much more difficult than it should have been. I will not be returning.

Good selection of books and a decent amount of board games. Really wish they would put the toys in a different section than the childrens books. Beware of taking your kids to pick out a book, they will likely just have a tantrum because they cant get a toy (in my short time there 2 kids were escorted out crying with neither a book nor a toy).

Lovely facility with a very large collection of books for all ages and genres! There is also a gift shop and a frozen smoothie shop in the first floor. There are also many reading areas spread throughout the shelves of books. Definitely a store to visit and revisit!

Not that we have many different book stores in the area, but this is my favorite. A beautiful two story building with a good selection of manga. You can curl up on the second floor next to a window to watch the hustle and bustle of the mall outside.

Perfect place to preview books and order them on Amazon for significantly less using the free wi-fi. I love this place. If they would just come close to Amazon prices I would gladly pay a little more to help them out.

If you feel like losing time while waiting for someone at the Greene, then this is definitely the place to go. The bargain prices are great, and its always a battle to stop oneself from buying books.

This store is great store for reading material. However, the water fountains and restrooms are absolutely gross! I have seen cleaner facilities in gas stations.

Somewhat of a small store, that could definitely use the space more efficiently. Good for a quick visit when youre at the Greene.

Nice bookstore, two stories and has a nice atmosphere. Part of the Books-A-Million chain, but retains its original name.
