I have shopped in this store many times without a problem, unitl today when I came today the young lady that waited on me, after my card was decline ask me if the card was real or not b/c she had not seen one like it, Will it is real and I cannot be the only one with a creditcard that does not have raised numbers, I walked out without a word, I have never been so embarssed, will never go in that location again,

Great selection of christian books, definitely would have been repeat customer...until check out when I noticed a $10 charge on my receipt for their "rewards club", when I asked for a refund for this, I was told by the salesperson Aubrey no refund allowed...very nonchalant after he made the sale of course!!

The manager really cares about the quality behind all employees work and that his customers are well taken care of. They also price match Amazon with in stock items, which is pretty awesome for a bookstore!
