Horrible horrible horrible service. Im a pre-nursing student , do I visit Barnes a noble a lot for study methods and needs. My best friend (who is also a nursing major) put us some TEAS V study flash cards on hold . She called in to make sure that they indeed had our order , and the lady on the phone confirmed. They were supposed to have 2 boxes on hold for us , until Tuesday. (She made the reservation Sunday) . We get there on Monday , and ask for the order , and there are only 1box of cards in the front with our names on it. After explaining to the clerk that we ordered 2 not one, she goes to look in the back, and then again in the study tools section. With no luck , she comes and tells her superior that the cards are no where in site. So now where asking the Superior clerk what can she do for us since it was THEIR FAULT that the cards were gone , she basically gets an attitude and brushes us away like we did somethings wrong. So we ask to speak to the manager. He offers to look at another store for the cards ( mind you , wed already drove an 1hr to get to those that wed pre-ordered. We decline his request and ask him for some other compensation since again this wasnt our fault. He literally looks us in the face and ask us "what do you want me to do, I cant make them appear out of thin air." ... So I ask for corporate number to complain. Pay for the 1box of cards that me and my friend now have to share, and left the store. Hot in the truck , called the so called "corporate " number the manager gave me, and its the wrong number. Ive never had such blatant disrespect happen to me like this. Customer service was jut terrible. No care at all for the customers AT ALL. I Will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

After about 30 minutes waiting at customer service to get help someone finally came over to help. She was probably the only pleasant person there. She informed me that they didnt have the book in store and that she wouldnt mind ordering it for me. She told me it would take about 4 days for it to come into the store. After a week I called the store and some very rude man answered and he just asked me my number and put me on hold for 15 min then came back said "no" then just suddenly hung up without telling me anything else about when it would be there or anything. I have now waited 3 weeks on a book that I have 3 more days left to read. I will never order anything again from that store.

I go to a lot of Barnes and Noble to read, work and study. This one is one of the worst I have seen. I have been several times and the services has been very poor. I find the staff are unhelpful, worried with only doing the minimum and not very concerned about their customers. They have wifi that sometimes works and 2 outlets in the entire store. The coffee shop has no outlets and the staff there are not very helpful. Everyone has an excuse why things are the way that they are if they give you that but no one has a solution or ventures to help with finding one. I will never buy anything again from that Barnes and Noble.

I wouldnt even give them a full star..I went to pay for my purchase and the woman at checkout asked if I had a membership and I said Im not sure (I have one either here or books a million just couldnt remember) she gets this ugly look and said well its a paid membership so you probably dont! I was like excuse me?! I informed her that I spent nearly $300 last year at Christmas so dont act like I cant afford a memebership. She judged based on race and appearance. Just plain rude!

I come to this store a lot and most of staff is rather rude and unfriendly. Most of the cafe people, except for one female, have bad attitudes. Even the manager (young bald black guy) who I complained to the other day about the bathrooms being closed 15 mins before closing time, shrugged his shoulders and acted like I dont know and I dont care. This is what happens when you put people in customer service positions who dont care about giving GOOD customer service.

I am absolutely in love with this place and the Starbucks cafe it has inside! It nice and quiet and i can find any book if not i can just order them. I still think however that they do need more outlets but i can understand why they dont have any since so many people go everyday. Its a great place to meet new people and invest in your knowledge !! <3

Clean and neat. Didnt interact with staff much, but selection of books is limited in most topics of interest. I looked particularly at pre-K skills workbooks and Christianity. Have seen much better selections at other locations and companies. Childrens section was kind of disorganized, but daughter enjoyed the train set they had set up for play.

This review goes towards the Starbucks inside. I ordered a tall iced coffee with 3 shot espresso and 2 shots of white mocha. The total was 5 dollars! Never had I ever payed that much at any other Starbucks because its usually $2.50. On top of that it tasted bland and didnt have that rich espresso taste. Very unsatisfied

The entire store has only ONE electric outlet for devices way on the other side of the store. The cafe staff is unpleasant. The young, black guy with braids who works til closing on Sunday is lacking any personality; no "hello or thank you" whatsoever but rather zombie-like.

My favorite bookstore. They typically have everything Im looking for bit every now and then Ill come across something missing. Everybody is helpful and respectful but they dont go outbof their way to help you. You have to ask them first.

The employees are super nice and helpful, the store is pretty sizable, and the Starbucks is great. This is a great place to come and hang out with friends or study. I only give it four stars because Ive seen nicer B&Ns.

Love it but they really need to install more outlets bookstores are not only for quick purchases but many go there for research papers and the issues of your computer dying needs to be addressed.

It is just like any other Barnes and Noble. My only gripe is that there is only 1 outlet in the whole building so if you plan on using your laptop there you better charge it before you leave home.

The reason that you cant find someone to ask where is a book that youre looking for, I find kind of ridiculous. Other than that they have a cafe and is a great place to read and have some coffee.

Great book selection, there are more African Diasporic selections than Ive seen at other b&n locations. However, they are missing power outlets for those of us addicted to technology.

I really dislike the way B&N is organized because I can never find anything. This location was very nice considering the area. Good selection very tidy with a nice atmosphere.

A smaller B&N without a Music or other specialty section but a decent coffee shop. A very good and helpful staff makes up for much of what it lacks over other stores.
