My wife went into the Xavier bookstore today and attempted to buy a wireless mouse. There were two types. The one she selected was in a section labeled $27 while the other type was labeled $29. When she checked out, the price rang up $29. She told the lady checking her out. The lady went back and noticed the error and fixed the product, but still wouldnt sell it to her at $27. She said "if you would have purchased it first and then said something, I could have given you two dollars back, but since I fixed the display before you made the decision to buy, I cant give it to you at the $27 price." Needless to say, my wife was aggravated and left without buying anything. Not the best customer service.

I will never use the XU bookstore again. Figuring I could get my text quicker by getting through the bookstore, I ordered a "used" copy of my textbook for Nursing Theory which was listed "in stock". Went to pick it up the next day (when class started) and was told it would take 48 hours to get my order. I returned the following day and was told that they only ever had ONE copy of the "in stock" textbook and it was gone so my order would be cancelled. Class has already started and Im left scrambling to try and find my text due to he bad business of the bookstore.

This is actually for the Starbucks in the bookstore. I come here due to convenience about 2 times a week to work while my daughter is a swim practice at Walnut Hills High School. They never have bananas. Never. The staff is alway ho-hum. Nothing special, nothing stand out. Not a shining star of how a coffee establishment should be run.
