I am a 65 year old man who shops at this Walmart almost every day. Today after putting groceries into the trunk of my car the key fell out of the lock and into an icy storm sewer under a heavy grate in the parking lot. When I asked for help an extremely polite assistant manager named Adam and another associate named Xavier came with me into the parking lot to assess the situation. It was not only my expensive electronic car key but also my home and work keys which woul be very hard to replace. The young men went into the store and brought out a crowbar and a magnetic signing tool . They pried up the extremely heavy grate and using a string lowered the magnet into the black icy water. I was amazed when the keys came up on the first pull. these guys were simply great. There was not a moment of hesitation to take on such an unpleasant job under such uncomfortable conditions . It was not only great customer service but also a heroic humanitarian effort to aid a senior citizen. I was to thank the store manager Kathy for hiring such outstanding men who represent her and her store so well. I will of course continue to shop here and will spread my praise of Adam and Xavier to my neighbors.

TBH Ive been making a conscious effort to shop at Target more now. Easy in and out. Walmart can keep their lower prices because Id rather not waste time and energy. And Target is a more ethically sound company. Albeit still sub par to my standards. But at least I dont have to worry about buying a blanket at walmart only to discover it was used and not even washed when returned and put back on the shelf. Not cool. I also deliberately avoid the Subway shop inside the Walmart. The guys know minimal English. Im from L.A so I sympathize with language barriers, it happens, but there is never anyone on staff who knows English at all. On a individual level, while it has a massive inventory, they lack key products I buy which require me to go all over Cleveland to buy. I suggest you watch your spending, keep to the necessities, and just shop elsewhere.

I simply love the location (very clean) n most of the employees are very kind n helpful but theres NEVER enough cashiers. No one knows how to pack groceries either .. Clothing shouldnt be packed w/ detergents, meat, cans, candles etc .. or vise - versa etc ... Also, they pack the bags so heavy n if they take an extra seconded to double bag they still end up falling apart or I end up dropping aa handful of groceries n damaging them ... Sorry Im not trying to be down on this store what so ever because if it wasnt for the helpful n kind employees n location I would never shop there ...

HUGE shout out to Shawn at the Walmart in Aurora!!!!! You, my friend, are amazing!! I cannot express my appreciation to this guy! He dealt with me being not so friendly, with nothing but courtesy!! He found my order (that I was told would be there yesterday) and he made sure to set it aside so that I could pick it up today!!! He never once got snotty, or upset. He listened to my problem and then handled it!! Not that hell ever see this, but THANK YOU SHAWN!!

This specific Walmart is terrible I reccomend going to the one in Macedonia. I literally left not even 2 minutes ago the time is 10:40 PM and they have absolutely no workers working the cash register and is forcing shoppers to do self checkout while they have what seems to be 100 workers lounging and talking. Mind you sitting on the pop boxes conversating not even working and its unprofessional so as a loyal shopper i know not to come after 9 at night

This is 1 of my favorite Walmart stores. U can find the SAME product at Walmart from 50¢~$3 cheaper then high-end grocery stores. They work hard to keep these stores immaculate and well well-stocked. One drawback I find is their quality of the fresh meats & poultry & Seafood. Secondly the low-priced Bakery items. Other than that I find everything priced very fairly. It truly is your One-Stop shopping place.

Pretty decent Walmart. The location is a big plus, as it is easily accessed with lots of parking right off of Rt 43. I used to live in Aurora and it was an easy trip to get down there. They have the typical Walmart selection, plus the Supercenter means they have food: both fresh and boxed. They have produce, meats, a deli and bakery. Overall, you can pretty much get all of your shopping done here.

Quite messy. Usually out of stock on several items on my list. Hard to get in and out of (roads in this whole plaza are not maintained well - feels like off-road racing a bunch of soccer moms). That being said I hear its the District Office for this area. I also have a friend who says it best to go before 7am. He says its more in stock then, but still has to go elsewhere for produce.

I go to this walmart quite frequently when the house needs a restock. I have been going here for about 7 years now and its stayed the same, the prices are very reasonable and there is basically anything you need but, a lot of the employees tend to be very rude and unhelpful, and the checkout is always EXTREMELY SLOW, I went there the other day and waites at the checkout for 25 minutes.

Im on nightshift so 24hrs is a plus for me. Taking my okay rating to Hated it. They will not open a CHECKOUT line for you!! Not even if you are going to purchase 1 OF EVERYTHING !! SELF- CHECKOUT WITH A CART LOAD OF GROCERIES IS B.S! GIVE ME an EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT THEN and stop glaring at me like Im trying to take something for free.....open a freaking CHECKOUT lane!!!!

It always slays me that the majority of the open lanes are the self check out. Of course you could choose to stand in the one open lane behind many other carts. What happened to customer service? You are not alone..you are just the ones that asked.

Like all Walmarts, this offers the gamut of groceries and goodies youre likely to venture in for. The store is kept relatively tidy, and the employees are friendly. As an added bonus, its open 24 hours a day.

Massively large Wal-Mart in a sizable shopping center. Has some produce but not a ton. Large home improvement section. Has plenty of toys. Has a photo section and sells beer and wine too.

This place is a joke. Service is awful and I always end up waiting in line for 30+ minutes because they dont have enough registers open. They really need to get their act together

Prices are good but shopping is painful. The self checkout lines are often closed for no reason and lines for the cash register often take fifteen minutes plus.

Place always looks disorderly. Employees make you feel like youre causing them problems by asking questions. Getting a manager to talk to is nearly impossible.
