I have never had a bad experience at a GameStop, but this was so bad I had to post it, the employee was rude and had no knowledge of promotions going on, I was there to trade in 2 games, he never once asked me if I was a power ups member, offered me less than quoted for the trades then on the website, AND when I asked about the promotion where you buy 2 titles on new playlist titles they give you 50% more for trade in, he had no idea to which he said he has been off, he doesnt know. So I tell him what it is and he proceeds to look at the advertisements on the shelf which did not show that promotion. I told him it was online and he still said I dont know it could be. At this point I decided to just walk out from this place. So BEWARE of this place!!!!
