Arrived in Florida with my old Garmin sat nav, sadly stopped working for some reason. I came across Electronics city and decided I needed to buy a new unit. The sales guy showed me a new Garmin with lifetime maps at 127 dollars which came to £92.35. What he failed to tell me was this was a refurbished unit and not a new one as I thought, I only realised this when I got home, Halfords sell this new for £75 . I feel the guy was a little dishonest on this transaction and took advantage of the situation.

These people are a fraud, I just bought a laptop today, and before buying it I asked him twice if the laptop was new.... He replied yes, but packed a refurbished laptop.....its basically cheating its customers......no idea if the laptop would work also......

So freaking horrible. Sold me a gaming mouse at 4x buying price, and the guy said it was compatible with Mac..it wasnt. He wouldnt even let me open the box to read the manual which explicitly stated it wouldnt work.
