Overall pablo and Todd are freaking great. I knocked a star because i once went in there for a used xbox one headset (which they had of course) i had asked if they work and the employee lowered his head and said they hadnt tested them (even though they were bagged and ready to be sold) so i wouldnt buy pre owned accessories here. Everything else is all good.
