Had a very bad experience terying to return a simple Iphone cord. Ihad lost my receipt and bought the product within the lasy 30-60 day. Michael whwo worked Sunday was viod of any personality or people skills. He is a real buzzkill.Ibelieve he does not know how to smile or help a customer.I could not find my purchase even though it was purchased with a credit card in that store. All I wanted was simple replacement cord.There wasno manager in the store to help. I let him know I was taking to social media to place a complaint but he could care less. Very bad experience.Radio Shack apparently cares more abpiot themselves than their customers.It is no wonder they are slowing fading away. Sorry to have to post.

Best Radio Shack around. They provide the best customer service and have the most knowledge on the items they sell. If they dont know the answer to your questions, they will do everything they can to find it for you. Very dedicated to the customers needs. AND SINCE THE RADIO SHACK IN THE MALL IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. ..This will be the only Radio Shack left open in Sebring.
