My Triton tank has reached its functionality end and I was in desperate need of a new tank. Searching for a decent Vape shop in the area stumbled upon this little place. Ive given them a call to see if they might have my tank in stock and was pleasantly surprised by Pops as he was very professional, knowledgeable and gave his information straight with no bs. Based on this and the previous reviews of the place I drove there. The place is nice inside, added some pictures, and was greeted by Pops. After a very pleasant conversation and professional advice Ive selected the Aspire Cleito tank for my mod and have to say so far so good. They have a very nice selection of e-liquids as well. Id recommend the Cafe Racer by Craft E-liquid if youre into tobacco flavors. The place is a bit pricey so be fairly warned however Ill say that you also get what you pay for. Overall great experience and while I cannot say how other employees of the place are, Pops definitely brings a lot to the table.

Took a trip to Florida, and while my friend and I were at Disney I realized my coils were burnt. I come from a small town, so Im pretty hesitant to try other vape shops. Once you find what you love, you dont want to go anywhere else. But, when I walked in here I was greeted by Pops. Great guy, super charismatic, funny, and really just makes you feel at home. As if thats not enough, he was probably the most knowledgeable person Ive met when it comes to all facets of vape. He made us feel so comfortable we ended up hanging out until the owner stopped in. The owner is a great guy too. The selection of juice is spectacular. If you go in when Pops is there, he will find you the best juice to taste test, and I guarantee youll walk out with something you love. A little pricier than my home vape shop, but I dont feel like I was robbed. All in all, I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

The employee when I was there took several attempts to engage even though I was the only person in the shop. When he would talk all I would receive were curt flaccid answers to my questions. In addition to being a waste of my time their entire stock is no less than 15% over MSRP. Do yourself a favor and test your luck someplace else. And if youre reading this Dear Employee, sorry if I interrupted your movie with my whole wanting to spend money thing. Edit: MSRP is not wholesale. But yeah, if youve got to come here and make up a story where Im the bad guy then I say go for it.

Ive never had a reason to write an e-review until now. I gotta say that i was pleasantly surprised with Pops and the shop itself. Hes extremely helpful and mildly hilarious; as for the juice, its all-around pretty good. Specifically, i spent about an hour discussing juice with Pops and left with the best candy and breakfast juices ive ever tried. Theres really no elitist environment here, which is pretty hard to come by anymore Ive vaped for 2 years and have never had such a positive experience at a B&M shop. You kick ass Pops

Brought a kanger sub of today in store, was very disappointed once I got it back home to find Id been ripped off paying over double the price I could have got it for on Amazon and still a lot cheaper then paying if you buy direct from kanger website. Not sure if the guy ripped me of on purpose as Im not from round here. But huge disappointment. The device its self is good, but Id shop else where. Absolute rip off. Also a lot cheaper from stores in the area Im finding. Avoid this shop.

Zero Hour

"The Perfect Experience!" Ive been to several vape stores in the Orlando area and this one EXCEEDED my expectations. The gentlemans name that helped me was "POPS" this guy was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. An abundance of premium juices! I feel guilty having previously purchased a mod, tank and other stuff from someone else! Overall I would rate a 20/10. Thank you POPs, Jesse (The Pop-Rocks guy) lol

Pops made my day. I took a look at their Facebook page and called ahead. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. As a tourist my GPS took me straight to their shop. Great selection of juices and equipment. Its a must stop if your in orlando on a trip. Take some time out and see the premium juices. They give Veterans discounts and that is very important from a disabled Veteran viewpoint. Very impressed. *jess

I was visiting WDW and ran out of e juice. I came to this shop and they took good care of me. All their brands were different then what I have at home, so I had to sample a cpl. They charge $0.25 per sample which is high, but you get to sample from an RDA device, and they change the cotton each time, so I got a true taste. Well worth it. Overall, great experience, I recommend this shop.

Guys were nice but they didnt have the products pictured on the Web in the store. They were also very busy building there own mechanical mods while trying to help customers. Awkward feeling. Out of town customers might want to call first to verify inventory.
