I give this place a zero star. Messy store. No dressing room to try on clothes and no refunds if the items purchased dont fit. I took my son here and the clothes didnt fit nor did they have anything in his size. They offered me a store credit which I didnt want because I told the associate I wasnt visisting this store again. The manager was rude and talking loudly to me about the owner has been in business 50 years and hes never given a refund. She also stated "this isnt a real Fallas, the real Fallas is in California." I was like really so I definitely know I wont returning back to this store. The worst place to shop. Do not go there!!!! Fallas in Winston-Salem, NC

The manager is so rude , its always a mess the manager was yelling at a costumer for moving a box out the way so people wont fall and the employes dont even help costumers its a mess as soon as you go in you steping on staff and get mad well pick up the staff and stop beenrude the manager think she owns the place be yelling telling you to move and no please or thank you come on have some respect i am never going in there again they also sale candy its old its from 2015 .

Store was incredibly messy. I went there today to look for bedding sets and there were piles on the floor. You could not even get around one side because so many were in the way and I nearly fell because of it. This place should be reported.
