No one ever in the jewrey department the wait is over 30 mins to get someone over their. We brought an wedding their never wear it. Had it put up in case until we tide the knot. Finally we did the ring broke a day after we wes. I didnt sleep in the ring it just broke. Thank God I have insurance dropped it off same day was told it would take 2 weeks. But 2 weeks past no call on my ring nor up date I call cant ever get anyone on the phone. Come to store they want even check whats the updates on my ring just tells you its not in yet were call you when it come in. Something a customer doesnt want to hear especially when you was told 2 weeks and its a week over 2 weeks. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this before.

I have always loved this Sears store Its close to home and always had a friendly environment . Until recently, someone is making a tragic mistake with the personnel. Sears is losing sales because there is no one to help them. If your on the second floor which carries all home goods , childrens department you must carry your purchase down to the first floor to pay, and there is only one location on first floor where a Sears employee can be found. This is good customer service? No it is not, you may be saving money on payroll, but more dollars are walking out the door. How or why are you operating like this? So sad!

All the years and thousands of dollars of tools, entertainment systems, and appliances I have purchased from this company. They wouldnt exchange an unused $8.99 tool I purchased 37 days ago since it was beyond 30 days. A policy not noted even on my purchase receipt. I even worked at this company 25 years ago while in college and have been saddened by its decline. Now I will cheer its eventual demise. They clearly have lost their way when lifelong customer retention is not worth $9.

i purchased a freezer and it was delivered damaged and dirty not even in a box i went to the store and spoke to a manager angelo he was very rude and his coustomer service was terrible. i will not buy from sears again they try to give you used items when you pay for new ones. now i heve to wait 6 more days on top of the 7 days i alreadt waited for my freezer. and i have this damaged dirty freezer sitting in my house.

Lazy employees in shoe dept had to hunt down and had have paged after I saw her duck into stock roomafter I saw her look at us, said size I wanted didnt have lied said looked up store pompano didnt have, went to pompano and had two pairs in size I wanted for husbands birthday. I found a Groupon online for a discount on a conventional oil change. I followed the directions I made an appointment for 9 a.m. and I was out by 9:30 a.m. not bad I am impressed saw a lot of bad ratings but it was easy breezy for me hope it is the same for you.
