Worst service ever, well lest be honest what can we expect from cheap multinational retail store that prefers to go down hill with computer registeres than to pay actual people to do the job. So, what actually happened was that as usual I needed to make a quick stop at Walmart to pick up some things and lets not forget I was in a hurry. When all of the sudden there is a big line going around the store ! I was in shock and more than surprise (Not the good one, but the bad one) to realize such thing. Oh lets not forget it was 9:30 pm, I asked a sales associate what was going on. He told me that all of the normal (human operated cashiers ) were close due to the fact that the company want for people to use the new ones (electronic ones). I was in shock ! I thought it was ridiculous ! anyways after waiting in line for a hour and 30 min, it was finally my turn. So, here is the problem; basically is a do it yourself service (Which is horrible) the machine didnt read the code of all of the items unless I scanned each item like more than 20 times ! It was annoying and time consuming and at this point I was infuriated ! At that point I missed the cashier (Human ) who did thier job fast and efficiently ! So then when you are finally done with the process then goes another hustle; the payment.that day I didnt carried my credit card all I had was cash and so I had to pay but this was just the icing on the cake to make this entire experience worse ! After I had spend time waiting on line for this absurd new system which is jut all bad I also had to spend 40 min more on just trying to do my purchase ! It was just beyond ridiculous ! Then I had spend 15 min more on the paying process ! Ugh so my best solution was that I wasnt going to buy anything at the end of the day because of all of the hassle it had been and of all of the time that I had wasted ! I was and still am furious ! I used to shop lots at this retail store but now with this new changes I havent and will not go anymore ( and I am a frequent shopper , well was at Walmart ). I hope that this is read at some point so that they can take these new changes out ! Because I miss costumer care and actual humans helping me and making things more logical !! Not to mention, if that day I was helped by a human cashier none of this none sense wouldnt happen and I would of buy everything and not wasted that much of my time during the process and I would of been another happy costumer, but sense then never again going back to shop there. If the strategy of this new technology change was to save the company money and make the process fast then it has fail in the fat process one. Also, I like to shop in stores where they give back to the costumers by helping the community in many ways as needed like employing people and stuff like that, but with this is just sad and the entire brand makes it look very greedy which is not a good image due to fact that they cater to low and middle class income people.

HORRIBLE! Please someone needs to do something! Wal-Mart needs new management in order to fix/help this location (Doral) I understand it’s a very busy store and crowded, that’s fine, it’s Miami! But the staff at this Wal-Mart is beyond incompetent, they can’t speak English and they are wasting time “looking” busy. They don’t know where anything is, I asked directions to an item to four different employees and they all sent me to different places! None of them even knew what I was talking about because they DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH! They pretended to know, I then translated my question to Spanish and they did the same. WOW! The place has been remodeled to look like a supercenter but it’s still a mess and very bad distributed. I then called to inquire about a price that was not available through the website; I was on hold forever and it took me almost the whole day to find out they didn’t even have it on stock WOW! I had to ask several times to speak to management; the sales representative on the phone was rude, couldn’t speak English or Spanish and kept on ignoring me and talking over me. In the world we live now, there are so many unemployed people, surely you can look for people who value their job a little more and don’t take it for granted, you should clean house in this location and start fresh! with people that at least try to do the basic customer service job. As for me I will never return to this location and anyone that asks I will absolutely discourage them to do so, it’s frustrating and extremely aggravating to go to this Wall-mart, I rather pay more at Target than to have to go through such a bad, uncomfortable and annoying experience

I purchased a zipped bedbug cover for my queen mattress along with 2 more twin zipped bedbug cover, and 1 full zipped bedbug cover. All the products were in tact. However, when I unpacked the queen mattress, it was stuffed with a full size box cover!!! Plus it was discolored and it was obvious that someone had returned it to walmart by replacing the queen zipped bedbug cover by a dirty full size box cover. Then I also observed that the box was marked with Red marker on one side. When I went to return the customer service people were very rude about it and treated me as if I had certainly replaced the zipped cover and was trying to return it to get some money back. I know I shouldve checked properly before purchasing but I assumed that the product inside would be what it is written outside. The box did look a bit crimpy but since there was no other Queen size available in the store I decided to take it anyways. My apartment was full of bedbugs and I wanted to protect my mattresses as soon as possible. Therefore I bought covers for all the mattresses in the house. But still this is no way to treat someone. I certainly did not appear to be someone wholl gain a lot by cheating Walmart for $41. If they did not want to replace it for another one they still couldve responded nicely. It is better to order through Amazon I believe where you can actually return things without the insult.

Siempre he tenido muy buena experiencia pero llevan un tiempo q es indeseable venir a Walmart q está en la 86 nw y 13 st en Miami FL , hoy la cajera q salió y la q entro ni saludo vaya como si le hubiesen prohibido saludar y ni un gracias al salir no se q pasa pero es el sentir de muchos clientes además las cajas rápidas es obligado 20 artículos y si pasan muchos te hacen dividir las compras unos métodos arcaicos como en ningún lugar la demora para pagar es horrible y las cajeras no se apuran para prestar un servicio mejor creo q deben solucionar el problema porque están perdiendo ventas y clientes para mí y mi familia es el mejor comercio pero hemos evitado venir por lo antes expuesto . Gracias
