Fue al departamento de zapatos, y esas personas no ayudan al cliente tres pares de zapatos le pedí y no habían el número según ellos...y no están rebajados .. .estaban conversando. Lo q pasa es que faltaba 1/2 hora para cerrar .que disgusto tener personas así atendiendo el público. Lo bueno de todo fue que en departamento de Ropa íntima si me ayudaron. Ojo....

I took my vehicle to sears just to check my brakes. When I took my car into sears my car was driving good and smoothly. When I left sears auto center in westland mall my car was driving horrible. And they are trying to tell me I had other problems with my car. How in the Hell when I purchased my car brand new with no miles and didnt have the problems until I took it over to sears. And im always keeping my car service on time through my dealership. They are scamming customers. Dont take your vehicle over to them. They are liers. And the district Manger is no help. Stay away from them

Iv been going to sears for years amd its great i went to the one in hialeah however on friday , yesterday(sunday) while driving with my friends out of the beach one of the belts i had fixed ( i fixed all 3 with them) blew off and went out of place also harming the balancer that keeps it in place by bending it WORST service i have ever seen amd they ordered the wrong parts twice, i was there for 5 hours . Monday morning i called and complained to the sears in miracle mile about hialeah they towed my car and fixed it, it runs great! go to the one in miracle mile! NOT HIALEAH

Prices are not bad. Decent sales. Sales associates when you find one are friendly and helpful. I am not sure what the store designer was thinking when they moved and hid all the cash registers. Just doesnt make sense. If you want to buy something you have to cross a couple of departments to a cash register. I personally put what i was buying down and walked out. Just seemed like too much work. A couple of other customers around me where also looking for a sales associates to point them in the direction of a register.

I was here for a quick shopping trip. I knew more or less exactly what I wanted to buy, but to find it was harder then expected. I was looking for some pants and the assortment was pretty bad. I have no special size, but it was hard to find any regular sized pants. Either they are all super big or small... I found exactly one, but inteded to buy more... Thats how Sears lost some bucks... Also checkout took forever and customer service doesnt seem to be the highest priority here...

worst costumer service ever, the auto workshop is horrible, it will take almost 5 hours to change a tire or change the car oil. Go to another place, besides the long waiting the prices are high in comparisson with other places that ofer a much better service
