So apparently L L Bean is making some changes to make more money. Now, what used to be discounted items at the outlet and theyd have sales on top of those prices, has now turned into everything is shown as full price and the same sales on top of that. A duffle bag that I have been watching here for 2 months for $89.95 with 20% off, has now jumped to $99.95 with 20% off. Same duffle, no change!!

The store is more of a treasure hunt. If you want a particular item in a particular color, youd be better off just saving a headache and ordering online. But if youre willing to buy and not wait until you must need it right now, you can find some good bargains, such as $40 jeans marked down to $10 (which would be $20 on a daily basis but an additional promotion marked them down to $10).

Love LL bean when it comes to quality and care theres none better. I went in on a Friday afternoon to exchange out slippers and a coat that began to wear out pretty badly. Without any hassle Linda I believe her name was exchanged out the product for a gift card and was even able to find the same exact slipper in my size! Which can be hard to come by!

Prices were NOT amazing. They had stuff that was embroidered at lousy discounts. Why would someone pay for something with someone elses initials embroidered for only a 20-30 percent discount?? Crazy. Again, prices were not impressive. This is full of real outlet merch but not at outlet prices I feel.

There are good deals here on factory seconds that carry the same warranty as their new counterparts. You can find odd ball sizes and good deals on bags and other popular Bean accessories.
