La PEOR esperiencia en la optica de JC Penney mas de 3 meses tratando de poner optener mis lentes de contacto entre errores y mas errores por parte del staff de la optica primera vez en este sitio y la ULTIMA la manager casi nunca esta y no hay quien resuelva ninguna situacion ahi sin ella aparte que la tipa es una persona sin etica y profecionalismo para resolver un cliente molesto por el mal servico desde Mayo hasta el dia de hoy sigo con la lucha de que se resuelva mi poblema!!!!

PIG PEN!!! The store is an absolute pig pen!! What a mess!! Do the managers even care?? I know the hourly wage staff doesnt, but do the managers care about what their paying customers think about trying to shop in a store that is littered with clothes all over the floors and shoes thrown out of the boxes. Everything in this store is a mess. Totally unorganized. Its simply to hard and not worth shopping in such a mess! AND the overly loud Spanish music needs to go!! This is not a night club, it is a "department" store!! How can anyone think with that music blaring!?!?! Unprofessional, disgusting, MESS!!!!

Thank you to associate Elizabeth who was more than helpful during a difficult situation when the power went out at the mall the weekend before mothers day. Elizabeth displayed grace under fire as all the credit card machines would not work and the line to check out grew increasingly longer and customers grew impatient. Elizabeth managed her duties efficiently and effectively under great stress despite unwelcomed comments from some very rude customers. JC Penney has always been a favorite of mine, especially when they have associates who do their job well. Thanks again!

Worst JCP I have ever been to. Incompetent and rude staff, they are surprised when you speak English, and they locked my child out of the store with my wife still inside 1 hour before they closed. Said too bad, you will need to go around the food court to get back in. We will never return here again. Management needs to handle this, as we are going to complain to Corporate as well.

Do you enjoy standing in line with 22 people in front of you for over half hour? than shop here, the store manager is nowhere to be found, they have one person working at all the counters. Its the holiday season and they should know better to have refund and exchange and check out people to cut down on the wait time. No just one person doing it all, who does not speak english.

Told 15-20 mins to replace a watch battery. Come back in 30 mins and its not done. He tells me give him 20 more mins. I come back and its not done and hes on lunch. I got better things to do than waste an hr at Jc penny

We are in a line of more than 6 people waiting to make a purchase. The cashiers are slow as molasses. One of them just looked at the line, took a deep breath and started sorting hangers.

Worse location to pick up online orders. They are extremely unorganized and do not prepare your order until you get there, then they scramble to locate the items.

Ladies on the floor was not so helpful. However, the ladies at checkout was extremely pleasant and great service to those in line. Make all the waiting worth it.

1 cashier on a Saturday morning. Line was moving very slow but the young man was very professional and friendly and pleasant.
