Really a ridiculous place!... so i get there and the service adviser continues to excuse himself to do God knows what, this ate up 25 minutes! - Mind you, i ordered my tires online and they were there. I walk outside and he is walking aimlessly around and stopping to chat with others - dont know why. so, finally completes to print the 3 pages he needed to print and pass my work order to a mechanic. The WO does not take long for the Mechanic to grab it and put my car on the lift. He then starts to chat to another adviser about some place he apparently went to on vacation - this continues for 20 minutes. my car is lifted. and the car sits there for another 30 minutes before anything is done. Another guy comes to show me wear on my tires and tell me that cars need to be aligned every 6 months! Mind you, my car is a 2012! Meantime, the mechanic is talking with another 3 mechanics, also not doing anything. finally removes my tires and takes them to another guy who is actually the only person that did not stop working throughout the entire time - he mounts tires. He mounts my tires in 15 minutes. they sit there for another 20 minutes. And then, this is where it gets interesting, a guy who was cleaning the floor, grabs my tires mounts them and my car is ready! All in all it took 2.5 hours for them to mount 2 tires while there are only 5 cars, including mine, with 6 mechanics working (one guy cleaning) and the guy cleaning completed my job! WOW if you have the time, visit this place!!!

Their online appointment system freezes all the time their employees barely pick up the phone on when you do it looks like they just want to hang up right away no help whatsoever god forbid you go to the store a simple oil change can run you about 2 hours and then you get all these ridiculous Tech comments like a car with 100 miles on it Hey you need to change your tires and swap out your radiator fluid the car just came out of the dealership its there for some air in the tires. For a dissection. Point being is these guys know absolutely nothing about cars there simply salesman so dont think youre going to go there and ask him for Car vice youre better off asking a 10 year old to swap out your piston rings. None of them wear name tags so theres no way for me to tell you good employee actually help me I could only say hes the one who barely talk and I barely talked I mean he really really doesnt want to talk and as far as online deals and coupons you better bring with you and you better be informed because they will not help you they will charge you over the price even though they have a better deal right behind you I mean put it this way I was in the store and the guy next to me was complaining because they were charging him $150 over the price they told me theyre going to charge him

When taking my car to get windshield wipers installed i was greeted by JC in the express lane. When pulling up he asked me to open my hood and began to rummage under my hood. He apparently checked my battery and determined that it was extremely weak and began to educate me on how a battery works and what could hinder its performance. Although I initially was only there to buy and have wipers installed I was very grateful that JC was able to help me. I felt very assured and not pressured as I was offered different options to resolve my problem and felt confident that quality work was being performed. This was my first visit to Sears and although I wouldnt want to go back because that would mean there would have to be something wrong with my car, I defiantly would consider this my first choice for car troubles. Negatives: on the expensive side, Pros: fast and painless.

I will never use Sears for anything again. They are so unprofessional and they do not deliver what they offer. They sold me a service plan for all appliances in my house . They were very quick to sell this policy but I had to wait four weeks for them and still after four weeks, they had the nerve to tell me they had no appointment set for service. All they could say was oh we apologize but it will be next week when the repair man will be there. Of course I was livid because four weeks is just too much time for a family to be without a refrigerator. Thats when I decided to hire another company who came out the same day to accommodate our request for service. I was very happy with this company. But I will never again contact Sears for anything. So BEWARE of Sears they do not deliver what they promise.

someone steal and iphone from my girlfriend at store , she called the manager and kindly ask if he can see the store cameras to help her find her cell phone , he said something like this" the cameras are exclusively for store use " continues " i can see someone stealing your purse , and i would not do anything ...is not my business" , she then said she would call coral gables P.D and he replies " even if the cops shows up , i would not give then any access to the cameras" very cool MR.NICE GUY ! ...so if you go to any sears store better watch out !!! well for us is only an iphone ...for sear ...well they dont give a ....bye , bye sears , kmart , sears auto , sears home improvements ...you just lost another customers ..no wonder you guys almost out of business.

Dont buy the warranties at Sears ! Its a total rip off !! When you need to replace an appliance or TV, Sears does NOT assist its customers after pushing down your throat to buy the warranties. Then the Manufactures give the run around and you spend weeks going back and forth between Sears who just wash their hands saying that they have nothing to do with the replacement unless they get a mystery number from the manufacturer. Then they have the audacity to tell you to pick it at Sears!! They wont even deliver. If thats is the case you are way better off saving from buying the warranty and paying for the replacement yourself not to go through the agony of dealing with Sears. Better yet, dont buy from Sears and hopefully they will disappear. Best Buy all the way.

I cant believe how much this store has changed. It used to be one of the best places. I live close by and I used to come here all the time for tools and appliances. Recently the customer service standards have dropped to unacceptable levels. Last time I came here a group of employees were sitting on the other side of the showroom and one of them "greeted me" by screaming the Spanish equivalent of "wassup buddy" from across the room. Apparently he didnt want to get up and walk close to the customers, so he yells at them and expects them to yell back. What kind of manners are that?

Bought a $1000 GE electric Cooktop as were remodeling home. Decided to go with a gas cook top and attempted to return item, outside of 30 day return policy. Item was brand new in box. Spoke with manager - spent over 1 hour at the store and she stated there are no exceptions. Will never purchase anything from Sears again. Sears lost thousands in potential revenue with my household of 5 and large network of friends, family and influencers. Buyer beware, particularly if you are buying high ticket items. Sears will not stand behind their "customers"
