Bought a pair of sandles, put them on the next day and they felt weird. Finally figured out I got one size 12 and the other size 10. Went back to the store to exchange, the customer service clerk didnt even let me finish talking. She just told me theres nothing they can do since I wore them. I asked her what am I supposed to do with two different size sandles. She plainly said "I dont know", basically its my problem now. I guess I should have checked them in the store. Will never be coming back to Ross. On second thought the price factor is really not a motive to go there since, check out lines are horrible and customer service sucks.

This has to be the worst Ross ever its so dirty and disorganized. I came in to make a return and I was supposed to have my money back on my debit card instantly and it did not appear after two days I went back into the store and they were not willing to help me the manager on duty Devona was so ugly and stupid. She did not know anything, it seemed like she was new because she had to keep calling her manager over the phone. He told me that there was nothing that he can do because he was at home in his living room. His name is Joe. These people are very unprofessional and if you choose to do business with them good luck to you

I dont even know why I bother going into Ross anymore. Every Ross store I go into, Im just disappointed. This Ross store is probably the worst Ive ever seen. The line was easily 20 to 30 people deep!! There is no excuse for it! I took what I was going to buy and just set it down when I saw the line! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I always find great shoes at Ross. I wear a size 11 and they are always stocked with stylish and designer shoes in my size. Most stores may stock about 1 size 11 in some shoes in their stores. LOVE ROSS!!!
