Customer service at this location is horrible. I accidentally purchased a set of underwear that i didnt need so i proceeded to the "Customer Service" counter. When I arrived, i told the lady in the counter about my mistake and that I was going to get some water and snacks in exchange. So i got the items I was going to buy and when I got back she was ringing up another customer. In the middle of the transaction, she noticed that if she rang the item (bicycle) on her register, the customer wouldnt be able to use a rebate so she told them that they needed to pay for it at the regular register but then, she said "Lets go, I will ring you over there". And there she went to the regular register (number 4 to be precise). Fine, great if you want to walk the customer to the register, but if you have customers waiting at your register, you make sure everyone gets taken care off. Instead, she started to fill out the rebate form for them in a phone.... yes, on their phone. I believe in great customer service but you dont tell the rest of the customers that shes busy and they have to wait until shes done. In my opinion, rebate forms are the customer responsibility and processing returns and exchanges should be her main and only duty. After almost 30 min waiting, I kept the underwear and went to register #8 to pay for the water and the snacks (and she was still not done if I may add).

Terrible customer service. Would not shop here again. How when youre opening a cashier line you tell a customer to go back to another cashier line then allow other customers in to yours?! Then the cashier I went to had a horrible attitude rolling her eyes then when asked to apply coupons used a condescending tone saying it wasnt working and asked "can you read?"as she pointed at the screen that says the coupon cant be applied yet when I went to customer service they had no issues. Dont give attitude because you cant apply a coupon correctly.

The only reason I went here is because I got some surprise Shop Your Way points. After picking out what to buy, I go to the register and the cashier tells me the system is down so I cant use either credit or rewards. She actually told me to try another Kmart. I wish they had a sign on the door before I wasted my time in this abandoned wasteland. Kmart cannot go bankrupt soon enough.

This store is the definition of deplorable. To have a store thats closing down yet keeping the prices egregiously expensive just spews idiocy. These so called "sales" are absolute garbage and an abomination to all shoppers alike. Its astounding how a store can be so putrid, yet so arrogant. Overall, this store has obviously not learned its lesson and never will.

This has to be the worst Kmart on this planet! The cashiers were very rude and disrespectful. To top it all off I ordered something to be be picked up and the order slip was stapled to the item I purchased. Now the item I purchased is ruined.... Never buying anything from Sears or Kmart ever again.

It was okay. I had to wait for someone to come over to the customer service counter, but the return I had was processed without any major issues. The check out lines were not too long, and as always the discounts and prices cant be beat by other competitors.

They have good prices but only have a 30 sT return policy so you have to be careful what you but here. If u need to return an item do so in 30 days or even if you buy thousands of dollars from them they will not even return a $12 item

There are always nice sales here, but not as big of a selection as say Wal-Mart. They sell furniture, clothes (even some plus size clothing.), foods (not major grocery items), toys, electronics, and sporting goods.
