Excelente servicio al cliente, hoy mientras hacia mis compras perdi mi IPhone al cambiar de carrito porque no corria bien saqué a mi hijo pero dejamos el telefono dentro del carrito, cuando llegue a mi casa me di cuenta que lo habia perdido e inmediatamente llamé pero nadie contesto luego me devolvieron la llamada indicandome que pasara a recogerlo, estoy sumamente agradecida con la persona que lo encontro y con la tienda, porque para mi solo es algo material que se puede recuperar pero solo pensé en todas las fotos de mi hijo que tengo ahí, ya tendré mucho mas precaucion!! Gracias a la honestidad de esa persona ahora tengo mi telefono conmigo!!

Stay away from this target!!! Went there and got an electric cart for my newly pregnant wife and I. While riding around and teasing my wife with the chart, We were rudly approach by the security staff and told that the charts werent a toy and they were only for pregnant women and the elderly only. My wife was very oftened and this was not our first encounter with their security staff but it definitely was my last because I will not be returning to that target. Target needs to hire an entirely new security staff because they are either uneducated or just down right stupid.

This Target is huge compared to the one is the surrounding areas this stand alone Target has everything you need. The same decent service you expect at Target but this place has ample parking. Also, the layout at this Target is different from other Targets with customer service both being at the main entrance versus the cafe making Target is convenient if your looking to make a return despite the welcoming is a bit off as I have walked by and hear some irate customers. Fun Fact: Target is one of the few stores without in-store music.

I had a bad experience in this target, particulary in the Pizza Hut area, I went to refill my dc pepper and, without knowing they had some sodas that couldnt be refilled, I took another dc pepper and the counter girl screamed at me like if I was a thief ... "Eyyyy You cant do a refill with that soda!!!". I didnt get to fill the glass even half. I went and asked how much I had to pay because of the "error" and she first made me wait a while, and then charge me half the glass of soda like one complete. It was my birthay by the way!!!

I bought a Bose speaker, when I got home I realized it had been previously opened and returned. I went back to the store the next morning for an exchange and Jakira the manager refused to accept my return/exchange claiming that it is not possible that it was previously opened. I dont like the way I treated, as if i was a thief, very rude lady. Never going back. Luckily I was able to return it at another store where I was treated very nice. Avoid this store at all costs if youre buying electronics.

I jus came from Target, its my sons bday, they didnt have the toy he wants, a remote control car, they had NO remote control cars at all! Then I went to get him an ice cream cake, they had no ice cream cakes at all. And they didnt even have the big candle numbers you put on cakes, they had some bootleg one color plain numbers in a package from 1-10 that were a quarter the size! They suck and if I didnt have this stupid Target credit card I would never go to Target again, Im going to Walmart now!

I really like this Target location. Even when is busy the place is clean, the associates are nice, and it has really good things in the $1 zone. Theres a Starbucks and and Pizza Hut inside, so Moms: if youre shopping with the kids it is easy to get them a snack, without considering that this location sells food also. Just the basics, but it saves you from going elsewhere.

While i was looking for a facial product, the sales asst (Lida) approached me to offer her help. I was glad i stopped for few mins to get her opinion. after asking me few questions she suggested two facial products that within two weeks I saw great results. I hope this target will always provide this type of great service.

always on the cell phones when you need help. they just look at you like you are not their problem and let me continue and finish this review. electronics. another one just walked by. these are their big ticket items and they are only better than Wal-Mart in North Miami Beach because they are not at their department.

One of my favorite Targets ever! Amazing selection, and stock, and the stores overall cleanliness was exceptional. Excellent, smooth checkout experience, and friendly cashiers and guest service associates! Looks like it was recently renovated and looks so modern. Would come back again!

Horrible. I went to go pick up an item that I ordered online. I was told its not available but the item was available they just didnt pick it up off the floor yet. I was really upset because no one knew what to do. The person who take cares of online orders wasnt here to assist me.

The workers here a total snakes. Sometimes on a rare occasion target comes out with exclusives. If youre planning on getting something from here youre out of luck. The employees grab all the good stuff and put them in the back and probably sell it later for more.

Cant never find my size, cant never find help so i went to wallmart. Ill keep wallmarts none sence over expecting a service that you cant find in any isle. Dont expect and you will be alright. And if you expect it, please dont cry when disappointed. Sucks!!

When I got home noticed I was missing items. Will be I called the store and they said to go to customer service to oick up my bag with items. No one. There were two cashiers, one was in trai ing and no one noticed that the bag was there.

I always have a great experience here! Called in looking for an item in electronics and Maxine told me everything that I needed to know. Mary took care of me at the desk and was such a doll. I like this place much better than Walmart!

Love this store. Always very neatly organized, great assortment of kids toys, magazines, and everything you would find in a good drug store. Cashiers were always very nice and smiling, even the last minute before closing time
