Los vendedores son super. Buen trato, buenísima atención. Pero el delivery y la instalación pésima. Les contaré que compre unos equipos. Pague el overprice para que realizarán el delivery y la instalación un sábado (sólo es free de Monday to Friday). Ok, el primer sábado trajeron los equipos pero una de las piezas no era la correcta. Me encargué personalmente de volver a pedirla y recogerla en la Tienda. Segundo sábado instalaráron la pieza pero al conectar los equipos quemaron uno. Se lo llevaron. Me encargue de llamar al delivery para recordarlo y pedirle de favor que me pusieran a primera hora el delivey, pues era el tercer sábado. Y ahora resulta q me lo pusieron de 3 a 5 y no hay cambios. Alguien me explica está falta de respeto. Espero q este sábado quede todo resuelto. Además en varias ocasiones intente hablar con José Store Managwr y nunca respondio.

Cuidado!!!! Tengan cuidado si van a ordenar un colchón ,luego de esperar dos semanas por un colchón memory foam me mandaron un colchón de un material suave que no tiene nada que ver con un memory foam y cuando fui a esta tienda a exijir me atendió un manager llamado JOSE PAEZ y me dice que no podía ayudarme que si quería llamará a la policía o quien yo quisiera que igual me iba a demorar 30 días para que recojiera la espuma de colchón que me trajeron y mi dinero tardaría más y viro su espalda y se fue,todo es una estafa, a ahora me encuentro luchando por tener mi dinero y que recojan este colchon de espuma que me mandaron.

Worst customer service experience I ever had!! I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING From Sears AGAIN! For Mothers Day I went looking to buy a Ring for my Wife, a Person by the Name Veronica in the jewelry Department was the one who help me, She Told me if I apply for the Sears Credit Card I will get 0% Finance and 25% to 30% Discount extra. I waited until I got my Sears credit card, I call them to see why no discount was apply as Ms. Veronica told me and they say they have no Idea what I was talking about, they told me to call the store and speak to them since they were the one who give me that information, I call the Sear Store 10 Times and each time they hug up the phone like 6 Times, I left voice message to the Manager no one call me back, and finally when I was able to speak to someone by the name Iris She told me she was not the one that help me that day so she could not help me so she transfer my call with out a warning. Wow!! Horrible Customer Service.

Un desastre , llegue hace unos días a la tienda a comprar una piscina que la tenían en nuestra cuando la quise comprar que no tenían , ahora quiero comprar un storage que tienen la muestra a 219 y dice que tampoco lo tienen para que tienen un negocio y ponen los artículos si no tienen la mercancía , ustedes mismos hacen que las personas compren por internet y no pierdan tiempo en ir a la tienda

I bought a cooktop at Sears in Cutler bay, Southland Mall, Miami Florida and I told that it would be delivered this Saturday then I received a phone call from Sears saying that they would deliver today Friday to my house between 4 and 7 p.m. so I agree to it I made arrangements to have someone at my house to receive the cooktop and while I was at my lunch break I receive a call at 12:30 saying that Sears needs someone in my house bye 130 p.m. so my husband drops what hes doing he goes to the house and weights and two hours later we received a phone call that the delivery is postponed for August second I go to Sears store and no one can help me with the problem the service is horrible please do not shop at Sears

Appliances section is adequate and although not perfect (havent found any store to win that title yet..) they do their best with what they have. Ask and be ready to show price matching proof, almost always youll find a better deal w/ their local competitors but Sears is the only one that carries Kenmore brand (great value by the way!). Complainers here have no real story, just regular cry babies that expect what they expect and usually that means not following or accepting Sears (or any other store for that matter) policy for returns. READ THE RECEIPT PEOPLE!!!!! There are rules for a reason, every store has them. Peace!

Rude! Rude! Rude! Be prepared to wait a while looking for service. Even when I waited over 3 hours for a job interview, they eventually told me they cancelled it, without telling me before. Their shelves are always understocked, and its got a awful vibe to it. If youve watched Family Guy, youll finally understand what Sears they went to to compare the chain to Mad Max.

We looked for an associate for to help us, but no success. After about 10 minutes wait I had to go hunting and find the associate. 2 of them were working around the corner. They should at least come around once in a while. Youre pretty much on your own at Sears. Once we finally got help things went smoothly.
