Very unhappy with their customer service. My fiancé and I live in Melbourne and He drove all the way to this target for a specific item. We called every target in brevard county and they were all out. The item we wanted was originally 129.99 dollars marked down to 45.00 dollars. So vero beach said they had the item, we asked them to pull the item off the floor and hold it in customer service for us until we could drive their to pick it up. Which they said they would and they could hold it until 8pm. My fiancé gets to store around 5:30pm and the item was returned to the floor by an employee. Someone else had bought the item. We spoke to the supervisor on duty and the best thing she "could do for us" was offer us 10% off one item in the store. Im very disappointed considering we went out of our way, it was their fault they put the item back, horrible customer service. We should be given something of equal value and discounted equally. Let alone this is something on my baby register that I really need so it makes it more upsetting.

Love the place because its clean, neat not crowded. However have never had a pleasant experience with any employee. Never enough cashiers, today a loud mouth manager walking around, saying one employee was probably blocking an isle, one employee he told to go to lunch but she didnt deserve it, all on a walkie. Too young to be a manager, didnt have any clue about being a manager The employee at the self serve was unfriendly. Always have a problem with your employees. Never a smiling face, or a willingness to help you in any way! Found a bread in the floor, which I picked up and 2 separate papers/wrappers which I picked up. Apparently you dont have the rule, dont pass it up, pick it IP as Publix does. This is why your employees do not work for a customer service/care environment.

Worse customer service ever ! I called to ask if a item was in stock. Was put on hold. Lady gets back on the phone and says "well that item is on clearance and dont have time to look for it and i cant put on hold so theres no more information i can give you so youll have to come 2 the store" WTF! FIRST OF I DIDNT ASK U 2 PUT ON HOLD. 2ND i LIVE 45 MINS AWAY THATS WHY IM CALLING! I wont bother calling or going 2 this target. Ridiculous.

This is your typical Target. Im used to going to big box stores in New Jersey, so it seems that every other location has nicer employees, this place is no exception, the staff is very nice. The location is clean and well lit. It has a grocery section too, I think they have wine as well.

They have a Starbucks inside and a laid back atmosphere. It makes the necessary shopping less stressful. They recently installed a few self check outs which have shortened the lines to a more manageable length.
