I visited this store and at first I was very impressed with the well-stocked racks and orderly layout. When I went to the cashier, I gave her a personal tax exemption card. She bluntly refused it. I explained to her that she may not know what to do with it but it has to be used and she should call her manager. She called someone bearing the name tag "Georgette". This woman was extremely discourteous and refused to take the card, telling me she did not have to take it. This is not the first time I went to Ross and they were not familiar with the card but every other time I went to one of your stores, the manager did everything in his power to find out about the card and ensure that it was used. I even gave her a Ross bill from another store so she could get the number and call them and she refused to do this. So disappointing! Your employee desperately needs customer service training. I ended up leaving the stuff I was going to purchase.

I go here "just in case", because there are times where I find something I need for cheap. But the shoes area can get chaotic and honestly, I would rather try TJMax or even Marshalls.
