Upsetting....... Let me say that i love Target. Its my Walmart, my Walgreens my Macy. My Target is located in Miami Lakes. Today i purchased two same items that were on sale or clearance. I was very happy with my purchase that i wanted to go back and purchase another one. I was near Hialeah and went to this Hialeah Target Store. I am pretty sure i was ripped off or false Advertisements ! I was not given the same sale price for the same item i purchase from the same company at a different Target store the very same day. I spoke with a Manager that was available at night shift her name is Mayra......... I showed her my receipts that I had purchased the item for that price. She kept giving me excuses that some Targets have different prices for the same item. Thats crazy i said its the same company! Or that maybe its on clearance because someone returned it, i said no it was with other original items and i bought two of them for that price. I dint think she is qualified for her position she had no idea why and was not willing to adjust or fix it. In the end i had to pay the price that store had it. I will be contacting the Store Manager or Cooperate offices. I dont blame Target but its upsetting the lack of customer service and professionalism.

Misguided and oblivious would be a few words Id use to describe the staff at this store. So much so that when you ask about a product that online states is supposed to come Friday the 18th but is not there they tell itll come in that Sunday. But lo and behold you come in Sunday morning and find out it was all sold out that Saturday. And from then on whenever you ask they keep giving different dates, how is a large corporation like target not know when its receiving its product? And the managers are even worse. They do not care for their customers and are as oblivious as their staff. So much so when you ask for answers they just give excuses and go around the question, and theyre supposed to be managers? I expect something from a large and as distributed corporation like target to actually train their staff and especially their managers. So either they need to retrain them or actually find capable, responsible, and respectful employees because the ones at this store have no idea what theyre are doing and have terrible customer service. I will never be going back to this target again and I will be sure to notify their company because their staff at this point are just disgraceful to say the least.

I went there yesterday Aug 08, 2014 and they had like 20 boxes of expired cookies, they expired Nov 2013, it is the fourth time that I found out this on the store, I told managers even wrote to corporate, and nothing, just thanks, it happens to me and I read other reviews on yelp with same experience, they should do something about it, it is a great store and I love to shop there, prices could be better as W,,t, but I also have to be double checking exp. dates,,,and this happen a lot, just be aware of it, they do take returns but it is all the hassle to go there and return an expired product when this can be avoid. I wrote corporate and told them I have pics and they just said thanks, that theyre gonna contact the store, but would like to know how they will find out about which product it is if they never asked me,,,Lol

Avoid this store if possible. The staff in this store is (for lack of a better word) oblivious to the job they are supposed to do. Management is no better, when the person in charge of the store doesnt know if they have a specific item which they are currently having a promotion for, you cant expect the staff to be any better. They made the simple act of buying a soda difficult (Im referring to nuka cola quantum). They will tell you "they are all about costumer care" but thats FAR from the truth. Maybe with some new management things can be turned around, but as of now they are rude and have no clue how to handle their store.

A Private User

This is your average, run-of-the-mill Target. It has everything you need, at a convenience only big box stores can provide. Good service coupled with a clean and welcoming environment and reasonable prices makes this a good alternative to the nearby Wal-Mart.
