No one goes to this location or any other Costco for customer service: If youre expecting it, youre in the wrong place. Youre totally on your own. The only way I can go to Costco is if I take an 1 1/2 hour yoga class and meditate for a half hour before I leave. The parking lot is a nightmare. Soccer Moms in SUVs barreling through the parking lot. Lots of rude customers, and thats before you even get into the store. Every man for himself mentality. Once youre in, you should be safe unless its 1-2 days before ANY holiday...Check the Jewish calendar too. Expect to spend at least an hour there before getting in line to give them YOUR money. Your best bet is to go during the week either right when they open, or an hour before they close. If you go on the weekend or during peak hours from 11am-6pm, expect to celebrate another birthday there while you wait. Customers: Typical Miami sense of entitlement. Employees: Robotic animatronics with tails and a lack of education.

I definitely wanted to post something about this place they have changed a lot of rules recently might not allowing family members to use the card or even if youre standing next to one of your friends or your family members and you have the card and say you dont have any money they wont even let them pay for it if its not cash so I believe Costco is really going down a road that the people should say enough is enough and stop them from what theyre doing or just get rid of their memberships once mine expires probably I think at the end of this year I will no longer be renewing their you can get the same prices online or even better just by shopping around when it comes down to it its just not cool what theyre doing to the people they charge good money for their memberships and people are there to spend money I dont see why they have to try and make every single person who walks into the place have a card but in the end theyll get what they deserve

Despues de una hora escogiendo las cosas que queria comprar una cajera estupida no me dejo pagarlas porque la tarjeta de costco es de mi papá y dice que el tenia que estar presente con muy mala forma. Mas nunca voy alli a comprar y no entiendo como alguien como ella trabaja alli que lo unico que le da es perdida a ese negocio porque yo no queria las cosas gratis eran pagadas y de eso se trata este tipo de negocio de vender !!!. Esa mujer estupida me puso mi dia malo!!!

Pros- Nice items offered- wide variety Good food items Large quantities Inexpensive cakes for parties Samples to try Optical Photo Dept. Gas station Food Court station in front of store w/ inexpensive, fresh items Cons- Rude, unprofessional employees (some) who are not very friendly or seem happy to be there Lines to pay are WAY too long at anytime of the day! Ive noticed other Costcos are not as busy and overcrowded Parking is challenging (our new car was hit and damaged while we were inside shopping) Spoiled milk (Kirkland brand) this happened twice Fruit isnt always available or as fresh as it should be- sometimes when I get home some of the fruit inside the container is spoiling How about considering a 5 items or less line to pay for those customers who wish to run in for a quick item or two??? I really feel the management needs to work on providing better customer service.

worst Costco ever on July 3rd the parking lot was full parked by aside there was no sign that said NO PARKING HERE well guess what when I came out found a police ticket outside my car!!! there so rude they told me that only important people could park there which mean that we not important so we pay a lot of money so they could be working there. another thing I bought corn next day I was sick vomiting guess what THE CORN WAS EXPIRE. the pizza there taste nasty cheese taste like rubber flip flop not worth coming here Manager are so rude. this lady at the cashier when she was finish I gave her the money got the receipt and was about to GET MY CARD AND RUDELY SAID DONT TOUCH THE CARDI WAS LIKE ITS MY CARD IM IN HURRY BAD STAFF THERE NEVER WANT TO GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Racist place! Costco associate at the fruits department said that I should go back to my home country and that this is not my country and added some extremely rude expressions that I cannot even post here. His companion at the stand with peaches heard everything and she silently supported his racist expressions. By saying so in front of my wife and other shocked customers he wanted to humiliate me and show his supremacy, but the only person whom he humiliated is himself, because racism and any form of intolerance should not exist in the XXI century. After being a loyal executive member at Costco for a year, I think I will switch to other place where employees are not supremacists and racial bigots.

The store is good. However the tire shop is a scam! A simple nail repair became a tire replacement. I came here with a flat tire caused by a nail, that was supposed to be a warranty repair. When I dared to complaint to the Main store manager about the wait at the tire shop, the "assistant manager" at the tire shop took it personally and decided to get back at me. They fixed the nail and purposely damaged the tire by creating a bubble so that I would need to buy a brand new tire. I have a picture of the tire before it was fixed and after. No huge bubble. DO NOT USE THEIR TIRE SHOP!! Look Elsewhere!

They dropped my keys in tire center so hard that the battery came out and they put it back in the wrong way. I thought my key battery was dead when I left Costco. I went to buy new battery only to realize that battery was put in wrong. Today I went in to check tire pressure and saw employees playing basketball with some other customers car keys, dropping them on the floor, throwing them on top of the car... Horrible. My key keeps acting up, it stops working from time to time. And I hate knowing that I will have to get another key for $250 because of abuse from Costco employees.

Costco has now decided to only accept American express or debit card or cash only as far as Im concerned they dont care about customer service when they tell you that you cannot pay with visa master card or discover there sorry asses should put a sign on there door saying people that dont have cash or American Express turn around and go away Ill never buy from.Costco again cut up my membership card and threw it at the managers face BJs do sent treat there costo.erst like that and they give better services and coupons to you and there cheaper as well

One of my favorite wholesale clubs and Ive had them all Costco Sams Club and BJs warehouse... Costco by far is the best... they have the best prices the best fuel prices and excellent deals on tires and batteries and they always have some kind of something different coming out. The only thing I dont like is when you like something all the sudden its not there anymore. I even check Amazon to compare prices and I even went to BrandsMart to compare a TV and by far Costco was the best plus I just bought a TV and got 5 year warranty for $60
