I have left a message asking for a manager to call me back. Sadly, I dont expect follow through. While I understand working in an environment of being short staffed, there is obviously such chronic mismanagement at this location that when you can find someone to ask for assistance, they will probably tell you, (even though they are not presently helping anyone else), they cant help you, someone else is responsible for answering basic questions about inventory. They will then yell across the the store to their coworker, "Miss!" ... And then tell you, "You can talk to her." Then that employee will yell across the store at you, "I cant talk to you, I am with another customer." which could have been understood given how frustrating it must feel to have everything passed over to you given the basic lack of training for an associate whose job is supposed to be customer service, except for when you are simply a customer and have now become the brunt of this employees obvious exasperation, it leaves you feeling that blindly ordering your own supplies online from anywhere but Sears is better than ever driving half an hour just to be turned away and yelled across the store at ever again. If not hiring enough staff or not training them is the way this store expects to save business costs, look forward to a liquidation sale some day ... At this rate, very soon. I would have left no stars had that been an option.

I showed up at the auto center today, Monday, August 28 right as they were ready to close the shop. I was pretty desperate. The woman running the garage and the young mechanic were both the nicest ever. I cant thank you enough. I hope this posting doesnt go unnoticed. You both deserve recognition for awesome customer care. Thank you.

The worst customer service. Sears is institutionally incompetent. I ordered a washer dryer with a stacking kit. They have now cancelled the order and given another delivery date which is over 4 weeks since I ordered it. This is the eighth time they have cancelled the order. Do not buy from these incompetent people. Date: October 30th 2016

They have the worst customer service ever. Our delivery was delayed and they couldnt give us any tentative dates for future. The manager NATATSHA yelled at us when we asked for an answer. Said the best thing she can do is refund but walked away without actually refunding the money! This is stealing!

Sears 3 years ago used to be at its best costumer service, especially on Auto Care, which u COULD just drive your car, give info, and wait. Now, u have to MAKE an appointment and wait even longer. Not the same before. Customer service needs to be improved. In fact, they sure have low prices!

its 12:35 sunday. I called for 15 min and no one answered the phone. Their answering system sucks @$$. How do you get mens apparel from word fitness??? They need better management.

This Sears Auto Center is aweful!! They never answer the phone and there is always a long line. Horrible customer service! Will be going to the Boynton Beach location from now on.
