Lines a mile long at non peak times. Ive been here 3 times and every time the lines have been ridiculous. While one could argue this isnt their fault, when numerous registers are left unattended Id have to disagree. This Walmart is getting a LOT of business. Were all taught that workers should benefit from this right? Lots of business means lots of employees right? Well, where are they? Where are all the cashiers? You make bundles from customers here and then skimp on employment to do what, save money? Why not just hire more employees to keep the lines reasonable and not piss off customers? Ive never seen lines so long before except maybe at a gas station and even then every pump is being used. Youve got people turning single file lines into double width lines because theres no room left. Wow. I see employees in other areas of the store standing around having a good chat, like nothing is going on. Now normally I say the customer can mind their own business and not pretend to know what employees are up to. But in this case, its quite obvious when you see a pack of 3-4 employees posted throughout the store giggling at one another leaned up against a nearby display like happy hour. As usual, Im sure not all employees here are to blame but some are certainly making a bad name for the rest. Most employees I came across were not remotely approachable. Now Im not one of those customers demanding to be greeted at every turn or asked if I need something constantly. But at least appear to be approachable and not act like its a major inconvenience for a customer to engage with you or ask a question or that theyre interrupting your valuable chit-chat time. My most positive experience here was a janitorial lady who greeted me with a smile. I was so surprised at that moment I must have come across as a complete jerk. From my past experience, they are typically the most grumpy and I dont blame them. The work is tedious, menial, and thankless. So to have a more positive interaction, however brief, with the staff keeping the store in tidy order (and that is one thing I cant complain about) and have the opposite with the other staff managing the various departments was a bit shocking. I know Im not the only one upset about the issues Ive mentioned as when I have stood in line I hear other customers either discussing this amongst themselves or openly griping. I cant say whos to blame for all this, local managers or corporate. But something needs to be done because I will be taking myself to a different location from now on.

Well first of all when I first heard that a Walmart was coming to broward blvd, it was exciting to hear that is was within close range to my neighborhood. But since its opening the treatment to both my wife and our family everytime we shop there is horrific. The employees are instructed to following mostly black customers while they are shopping, most of the time I go into this store I see so much other races of people steal stuff from so many different departments, and yet we get followed and profiled, this truly insane. Most of the employees at this branch are lazy and usually on their phone or just hanging around in the back of the store doing nothing and yet beong paid a salary. For example we went into the west broward store on April 28th, 2016 to purchase a laptop and a printer, while there no one assisted us with anything and simply ignored our attempts to ask questions. Yet at the same time we we were followed through the store by different WALMART EMPLOYEES truly sad. This was diappointing to say the least, maybe if they paid attention to other races of people instead of BLACK PEOPLE , some work would actually get done and just maybe have repect and courtesy for customers like myself and my family. I wil definitely spread the word about this location and see to it that me and my family never visit this location again. TERRIBLE

There is a cashier named Woodlynne, her name tag says WOOD. SHE WAS SUPER RUDE with me last night. I was showing her a product on the Walmart website was less online than it was in the store and i was requesting a price match. Her response to me was "then order it online and pick it up in store, do u want to cancel this transaction? There are people in line waiting" i told her i am a paying customer and i need to speak to a manager. She said the manager is on lunch break. It was around 10pm. Then i asked "when did that policy change about the in store price matching?" Woodlynne said "it changed last week" i feel like she was lying to me. She kept suggesting that i cancel my transaction and allow the other customers behind me to pay for their items and that i can wait 45 min for her manager to come back from lunch. I told her i did not like her attitude ans that i can get her fired . She began to laugh and speak to the customers behind me while laughing at me and was asking do i want to cancel my transaction. I continued with my transaction and told her i will be writing a review and contacting corporate. She showed me her name tag and said "write my name down and the store phone number is on the receipt"

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i placed an online/in store pick up for a dining room set and when the pick up date passed and i didnt get a notification, i called to find out where my $400 order was. I was put on hold and transferred around for a "customer service" supervisor for 38 minutes!! The guy in electronics felt bad for me and took my info and walked over to the CS department, only to be told that my order wasnt in. DUH!!! i already knew that!!. He suggested i call 1800-walmart for more details. So the next day i did. I was on hold for another 30+ minutes as my rep was calling this store directly and EVEN SHE COULDNT GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE LINE! And heres the kicker, it was 10:30 on a Monday night! Even she was embarrassed and apologized that she couldnt help. So im on hold RIGHT NOW as i write this complaint. Ive been on hold (with the store) for 16 minutes. They keep picking up and putting me on hold again. If i dont get this resolved today i will be getting a full refund and will NEVER order from Walmart online again.

This Walmart is my least favorite anywhere, ever. There is absolutely no trash pickup in the parking lot and it shows (I actually walked past a dirty, used needle the last time I went). There are rarely more than two cashiers on duty and the customer service lines also take 30-45 minutes...every time. This Walmart relies heavily on self checkout machines so the line there also takes 30 minutes or more and the machines constantly malfunction. I once waited more than 40 minutes for an employee to get change for one of these self check machines. When shopping here always factor in an additional 45 minutes just for checkout. The parking lot is not safe and there are often police dealing with a situation out front. I think overnight parking is forbidden but people do it. The security outside and inside are overbearing with regular shoppers but cant seem to control the weird people who beat on your windshield and yell at you as you drive thru the parking lot. They have begun closing from midnight until 6 a.m.
