Last month I purchased something from Nordstroms for the first time. The sales woman was *so* helpful. She asked if I was interested in their credit card and I said yes because I knew shed get commission if I joined. Well, part of the card deal is that you get $20 for every $100 spent. They send you a little "Nordstrom note" in the mail. There was some mix-up and they sent me 8 of them. However, they all had the same bar code number on them so I assumed they were all the same. I took them with me the next time I went to the store and told them so they would stop sending them. About a week later ANOTHER one comes in the mail. I almost tossed it out without opening it. Im glad I didnt because they sent a letter apologizing and honored the whole $160 worth of notes. I was floored. I used some of the money to buy shoes for an upcoming wedding. A couple of days after buying them I noticed they dropped 25%. Bummer. I thought about returning them and repurchasing at the new price, but then I found out that if the price drops within 2 weeks of purchase theyll refund you the difference. I called and they happily refunded me. One more thing, when I bought a blouse there it was a little wrinkled when I checked out the saleswoman steamed it for me for free. I dont think Ive ever had such wonderful interactions with a business before. So I just wanted to pass along how awesome they have been! And I dont know if its this particular Nordstrom but the staff is SO nice and helpful! I have not had a bad interaction with a single person.

Its a smaller Nordstrom but they give great service. Janie in cosmetics is the NICEST person youll ever meet. If you need help seek her out-- she can help anywhere in the store and does. The employees are under a lot of pressure to sell and I feel badly for them. Also, just so you know, the shoe department is the only place where the carpeting is padded so the shoes always feel more comfortable. I guess this is a fairly common marketing scheme and its a little disappointing to me but... what do you do?

OK..Nordstrom is my FAVORITE department store for the PEOPLE who work there and the QUALITY of the selections... COSMETICS: go directly to TRAVIS--do not pass go--go directly to him--he could bring out the natural beauty of a frog---he is a magician--plus he is delightful, professional, smart and adorable LINGERIE: I say this because the wrong bra and visible panty lines can indeed ruin your look and, you life! Go to Natasha on the second floor---she is professional, patient, thoughtful and adorable

Bought a suite from this Nordstrom. Loved the fit and quality of the suite however I have had to return the suite twice as the tailoring in the waist and the pant leg keeps coming undone. The last time I took it they would not accept it because the suite was not in a dry cleaning bag. This was just because the pants came unhemmed so all I needed was this fixed. I would not recommend using this Nordstrom as a tailor.

Found shoes I was liked on Instagram listed by JesseJames. Was a little unsure at first if it was legit, but called the store number and spoke to Jesse. He was very helpful and got me the rare Common Projects boots that I had been looking for and were sold out everywhere else. I do not live nearby so he had them shipped via 2 day shipping for free. Would definitely recommend him and this location.

Have had multiple issue with my nixon watches (this review not for nixon) it is for Tony who works in the jewelry department. He has gone over and above to help me resolve my watch issues and is very pleasant to deal with so if you are shopping for jewelry at Nordstrom I would highly recommend that you ask for Tony!

Drove from Youngstown area because I needed a gift for my wonderful girlfriend. Staff was just amazing. Took very good care of me to make sure I had everything I needed. Wrapped the gift and even through in a few extras to make it even more special. Only one of two places that Cary Laila perfume from norway

Nordstroms return policy can not be beat. This location is always fantastic, bright and clean. All of the associates are eager to help and are extremely knowledgeable in with the products they sell with out being pushy.

Love their little cafe. Lots of great selection of kids shoe and merchandise. Sometimes you can get good discounts as well. Overall very clean store. Their Christmas decorations are amazing.
