I never write reviews, but the customer service at this JCPenneys Sephora.... AMAZING! Rosie is an absolute dream! I go there over the full size sephora in the mall if I can manage. Obviously, they dont have everything the full size does, but the service makes up for it. They are friendly and helpful without seeming pushy which I appreciate. They always give me great recommendations and dont make me feel bad if I dont buy them lol. Some places seem to look down at you like, "Youre only buying one thing? Youre returning something...?" Here, my second time in, they remembered my face and what I bought, asking me how I was liking it. When I expressed my blase attitude towards it they began to suggest application tips and let me know that I can always bring it back.

We looking for a suit for my son,and nobody is available 4 help us,and when finally found a associated, she went right away, like play hide and seek, magically shes disappear,we asked 4 a different color shirt and she says "this is the only available" she not checked! !!we needed a pairs of shoes,but,we cant find it and looking around 30 minutes 4 help..and MISSION IMPOSSIBLE than someone come to help...we spend a lot of money for my sons clothes..without help and without shoes..the cashier really slow,and not good humor sense. ..we hope for better customers service associate in the future.

I am very disappointed with the customer service that my mother and I had today at the Jcpenny in Aventura Mall. The in the ladys department next to the shoe department was very rude; we were asking her questions about a coupon I had and she gave me a nasty look, then I showed her the coupon that I had on my phone and she said that she was not going to read it . I will never again go to her and her name is Zibu Sira store#2071.

I love shopping in JC Penneys Aventura Store. Its my favorite pastime. The clothes, accessories, and jewelry are affordable, beautiful, and well-made. The sales are totally irresistible. Also, the store is kept neat and well organized.

Very slow and unprofessional staff. They act as if they are doing the customer a favor. Jerry at customer service was very rude and seemed bothered to get my online order. And he had a nasty attitude at that.

I absolutely hate this store. Dont EVER do an internet order with a gift card. They will cancel your orders without your acknowledgement and make it very hard for you to be reimbursed.

Enjoyed shopping at this JCPenny. It was clean and organized. The clothes were really nice. This location was a lot nicer than the Pines location which is really messy at times .
