I wanted to describe my delivery ordeal. The two gentlemen showed up in a raggy looking truck with no store logos and some logo on the back sprayed painted over with red spray paint. As they pulled into my driveway , they over shot the driveway and drove into my lawn.. "no harm no foul" the store will for sure fix the damage. Right?... We will talk about that later on. The gentlemen got off the truck and were very polite, I felt bad for them as it had been raining all day long. I asked no rain coats, umbrellas, etc.? They stated they were never given them even though they asked.. "Interesting" They started unloading the furniture, and I asked how are they going to protect the furniture from getting wet, they had no solution but in an expedient fashion get it off the truck and into the garage. I had to use some spare house towels to wipe down the furniture. Right before they started to move my furniture into the house, I realized they were not going to take off their shoes or put on protective booties so they wouldnt track dirt into my house.. Again, they were never issued them... I had them take off their shoes and proceed to moving the furniture into the house. The install went fine, and they were quick. So here comes the good part. So I called the store and asked to speak to a supervisor, spoke with the gentlemen and stated that the manager will be giving me a call back. I had to call back a couple time in order to speak with the lady "Amber".. In response she told me that she was going to call me back when it was convenient to her..!!!!! "Your guys just destroyed a 4 X 2 X 2 section of my yard and that is the response... I dont even get I am sorry sir? After the conversation, I was told she would contact the owner of the store and he would decide what is the best course of action... "Fix my yard is the best course of action"... The next day I did received a call. I was told that when the movers are in the area. I asked "When are they in the area ?" She replied " I dont know, whenever they have a delivery in the area" WOW!!!!!, they will stop by and fill up the hole... I then asked What about the new sod that was destroyed, you guys need to replace it..." Her response is "No, we will fill up the hole and we are not going to replace the sod". The conversation went back and forth and ultimately ends with her catching an attitude with a customer? Customer Service..... I think not... So far no one has come to fix the hole, so I took it upon myself to fix the area and replace the sod.. I felt it was important that I wrote this review, buyers beware!!!! Customer Service is not like it used to be, you are their best friend when you’re buying something as soon as you give them the payment you mean nothing....

Very disappointed in the service I received today. You lost a very loyal customer because of the way I was spoken too. I mention that I was moving (never stated when) and they would not allow me to purchase anything from their store. I am not moving for a couple of months and I was only stating that I didnt know if I was ready to purchase now or wait until after I moved. The manager who I wasnt even having the conversation with immediately interrupted me and stated that she would not allow me to add to my account. So you just lost a sell from someone who is actually going to pay their bill! Will not be using this badcock again and possibly not another one.

Bought a bedroom suit with new I comfort mattress. LOVE it. Shopped around at many furniture stores and Badcock was so helpful. They did not pressure sale or rush me. It was a great experience and I will definitly buy from them again. Believe me, I put them through the ringer and they came out fantastically. Great people. Good price on the sofa and recliner chair and very nice staff in the store, however we encountered numerous errors. the purchase was incorrectly put onto someone elses account, and then we were told the incorrect delivery day. Edit - But then they got me in for delivery the next day instead, and took care of the other error as well. so 4/5

I had a terrible experience,I was lied to about furniture being put together properly. I also recorded the lady at the front desk stating the only thing I would have to put together was ab bed,who in their right mind would purchase a bedroomset if they have to put together,the dressers and nightstands.
