I bought several furnitures and a WARRANTY @ Havertys in Sterling,VA!! After 2 years I had to make a claim due to faulty issues with my couch. Filled up an online warranty form and was told it is not covered. I went to the store and spoke to Carlos who then addressed my problem to Sharon, the BRANCH MANAGER. Sharon took care of my problem period. A week later Havertys just made me believe in GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Havertys is not just about superior quality furnitures, its also quality service. I seriously mean Excellent Service! After my experience with Sharon I will never even look at other furniture stores. She was that good!! Thanks Sharon !!!

What can I say about Havertys... many furniture stores are filled with high-pressure salesman that want nothing more than to make a score. Not so here. (Especially the Dulles, VA location.) Weve bought our dining, bed, and living room furniture from here. And now most recently a new mattress. Their product is quality and their customer service is fantastic. They have great financing offers and their warranties are fabulous. WE LOVE HAVERTYS. Although they are not the cheapest in town, you get what you pay for with their awesome merchandise and their incredible employees. Seriously, GOLD STAR customer service. Highly, highly, recommend.

Great Customer Service! We purchased a king bed which ultimately did not ft up our stair case. The delivery men (who actually work for Havertys and are not hired out) laid out all our options adasafashi even made suggestions for other models they thought would work. In the end we decided to keep the mattress, box springs, etc which fit fine but return the frame which was the problem. We got our money for it back no problem and were not charged a second delivery fee. Everyone we talked to along the way was courteous and understanding. Im in customer service myself and was very impressed with how easy both the sale and return were.

My husband and I are still phasing out our old college furniture. Our old couch (hand-me-down) broke Saturday. We went in Sunday, found and purchased a beautiful sectional with attentive help from several employees. Pamela even found us some great matching cushions that we got at a steal because they were floor models. Delivery was today - prompt, professional, and didnt leave so much as a scuff on my floors or walls. This was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a furniture store and I will definitely be returning for my future purchases.

Good service in the store. Delivery team was polite, but in a HUGE rush. They almost broke the banister in my home, left marks on the walls, and left the mattress/box spring in the master bedroom still wrapped in plastic bags standing on their sides. I will not shop here ever again. Top Drawer Delivery?? As if.

Wonderful experience here! Diane Ross was very professional and helped me find the best sofa for my budget. I had been to several other stores and was disappointed with the service and quality of the furniture so it was a big relief to meet her and find a great couch.
