I had some specific issues with my computer -pages shutting down -not being able to print a pdf I went in and was assured they could take care of it. 36 hours and almost $300 later I got my computer back. McAfee had been installed and my other software including Carbonite turned off. I got a drive with all my documents and disks with my programs on it. Got home, turned the computer on and nothing had been fixed. What was really frustrating was I had surgery the next day and am unable to leave home for 7 weeks. I had shared with them this was happening,... I was helpless to do anything about the situation. I contacted them with all my work order numbers and never heard anything back! My be good for buying office supplies, but forget about their computer repair services!!

Did not get a greeting when approaching the Copy and Print Center at the same time as a white customer was approaching and still didnt get any acknowledgement after another white customer approached and was asked if he needed any help. About 5 to 10 minutes at the fax machine, an employee asked me if I needed any help. This has never happened there before. It was very disturbing to me. I will give Office Depot another chance because everyone deserves a second chance.

Had a terrible experience at Office Max - Falls of the Neuse- yesterday. They were terribly understaffed and one of the managers was very rude to me. They told me they had no idea when they could process the order I had requested and didnt try to figure it out. I said I would go elsewhere and the manager continued to rant at me as I left the store. I went to the Office Max on Creedmore and their service was FRIENDLY, KIND, AND EFFICIENT.

When you have an office challenge and need a solution, this is a good place to go. Usually, when you enter the store, someone will walk up to you and attempt to find out why you are there so as to direct you to the correct department. This is the moment to find out where things are and ask for solutions (if you dont have one yourself). They may stock a product that you didnt even know existed or be able to direct you to another source.

I had a great experience at the service counter for laminating reference material and recovering a manual. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable of my options. My shopping experience was just as enjoyable, the manager helped me find what I was looking for right away and opened an extra register when the check-out line started to form a line.

Such a great place to shop and order custom forms!! Went in for the first time and was waited on by Selicia. Not only did she save me over 1/2 of what I paid to Staples for the SAME PRODUCT she was super friendly!! I will be returning to this location the next time I need supplies!! It is well worth the trip!

I found what I wanted but I had to cross the store twice while all of the employees hung out and chatted it up with each other. I dont like that. I shouldnt have to beg them to stop socializing and do their job. I went somewhere else to find what I want with better customer service.

"Supervisor" Emily in the printing/faxing area was very rude. Told me she would not fax a paper unless I filled out a cover sheet. Then when I finished filling out the cover sheet, ignored me for 5 minutes before coming over and finally faxing the paper I needed faxed.

awesome store. The pen refills were actually cheaper than amazon and the associate were helpful when trying to search for them. I was able to get some cash back. The pen area was disorganized for being as slow as Business was that day.
