I have been a customer of Verizon for as long as I can remember having a cell phone. Ive never had any serious issues that werent manageably fixed. Keep in mind I am NOT tech savvy. Since Verizon has made its way into Woodstock, Va I have been saved the hassle of leaving town for help with my devices. The staff is hands on, knowledgeable, and friendly. Its a much nicer process than calling customer service and dealing with recorded voicemails. Plus, you can get new updates about your favorite device while feeling around for some new rad deals. The past few weeks, Ive spoken with a Corey Andrick who has been nothing but patient, quick to answer, and helpful for me. Ill ask for him every time now. Overall, top notch service. Keep it up guys!!

Quinton was extremely knowledgeable of his products. I appreciate that he was looking to get me the best plan for what we needed. Also, telling me about the Hum for my vehicle, a product of which I was not aware Verizon offered. Overall, great experience.
