I needed to cancel some new lines to keep my old phone numbers after purchasing phones (via new lines) at Target Mobile. Target Mobile said only the ATT store could do this part. I went from Target Mobile to this ATT store location. I was greeted directly and a gentleman was helping me. We got one phone done and set up to do data transfer. Then the gentleman helping me disappeared for 10+ minutes. I never heard anything about where he was or what was going on. Eventually I asked (a couple of employees did ask if I had been helped). The lady overseeing the data transfer eventually came over (while the gentleman helping me was still MIA) and said because the phone had over 3K pics on it, the transfer would take another 30-60 minutes. By this time, I had already been in the store at least 45 minutes. I declined to continue the transfer. Eventually someone informed me that there had been a glitch while my issues were worked on and the gentleman helping me had had to call ATT customer service. No one volunteered this information - I was just left sitting, totally unaware of what was happening. Eventually the gentleman came back and the woman on the phone was horrible. Absolutely horrible. Thats not this stores fault, but it made a bad visit worse. So, everything was sorted out and the store employee told me that the $20/line activation fees would be waived because of my wait and the problems. I left, expecting roughly the same bill as the month before. This was all on Dec 2nd. Today I got my bill and it had gone up $57. I signed in (after updating log in, due to ATT system changes they didnt announce) and saw that the activation fees were not waived and that there were 3 days of service charged when I was told when I left the store that those lines were cancelled. I just called ATT and after 20 minutes, those charges were resolved. So, it all worked out in the end, but I agree with many reviewers - this store has some friendly employees, but the wait times are absurd and the communication about whats going on is poor. They may not get things done like they say, so I would avoid going in unless absolutely necessary. I only went in because I needed new SIM cards to switch things over. Ive only been once before - to set up ATT service initially with smart phones in 2009. If I can at all help it, I wont go back to this, or any, ATT store. Also, I agree that the supervisors (based on name tag titles) were disinterested in helping or providing good service, though I admit I was pretty frustrated after all this.

We went to this store to upgrade two phones only because the wonderful people at Best Buy didnt have the phone in stock that I wanted. Before we arrived to that store, the guy over the phone told us that if we purchased an S6, we received a 200 dollar credit just for purchasing the phone. When we arrived at the store, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by this nasty NASTY sales lady (Lisa) who looked and acted like she hated her job and her life. We explained to her why we were there, that we wanted to do some upgrades and take advantage of the 200 dollar credit. She replied in a very disrespectful and nasty tone that the 200 dollars was to go towards accessories only (I dont know who can spend that kind of money on accessories anyway), we explained to her (very nicely) that we were told over the phone it was a 200 dollar store credit (I think my fiance accidentally said "gift card", to which she replied that it wasnt what we were told and they dont have gift cards anyway (all the insinuation that we were lying), to which my fiance said he mistakenly said gift card, but he was told that it was a store credit that we wanted to use towards the taxes of the two phones we wanted to upgrade to. She then got very ghetto and rolled her eyes, and at that point I had enough and walked out of the store before I really showed my self. I called Customer Care and reported her as soon as I got home. These people make commission off of what they sell you. You would think that they would at least pretend to act happy that youre walking into their store. And if you are told something about a promotion that is wrong, you would expect that they would apologize for the misinformation and then correct what the actual promotion is. This hoodrat "I aint tryna be difficult, Im just tellin you whats what." isnt what you would expect from trained professional sales people, followed by an eye-roll that makes her look like shes having a seizure. Please.

Avoid this store if at all possible. First of all, if you dont have an appointment, you can expect a 20-30 minute wait before anyone will help you, even if you get there before the store is even open. Second, I was ripped off by this store and after three attempts to fight it (two in store and one the phone) I still have no resolution. I ordered a phone online, which was free with the renewal of my contract, and opted to pick it up at this store. When I got there to pick it up, I asked if it would be possible to swap it from the black color to the white color. I was told it would be no problem, and they gave me the white phone. I was not informed that there would be any charge; in fact, I was flat out told there would be no charge. Later, after checking my credit card statement, I found that the store charged me $106 for the phone. I have made three attempts to have this issue resolved and have been blown off every time, costing me hours of my time. This third time I was informed by the manager that she had no power to do anything to help me and said Id have to take the issue up with the area manager (which I will). I write this in the hope that it might prevent someone else from being treated the way I was treated by this store. I will never use this store again! (Also, check the other reviews and you will see that other customers have had similar experiences at this store.)

Look at the way the 5-star review are worded... yeah right... I know one of the 1-star reviewers on here, incidentally... a local physician... I went there today, final resort, with a GSM (sim card) handset I bought from a 3rd-party retailer that has worked on their network 4 a year( I ported the number this week, and ATT immediately deleted my account so I could not use the legally-mandated free unlock feature) - started explaining the issue I was having, and without any discussion(they said it wasnt an ATT phone), a guy ...who made some comment about making more money than me, I guess was judging me by my work clothes on a Saturday, coz I looked at his name tag, and it said "Mark" came over and literally started flexing his arms at me and told me to leave and he was calling the police! LOL, because its over. and I just found someone to unlock my phone - $ - but folks, you really gotta wake up - A company that treats people like that is on its way down, no matter what they try to do to cover it up. Do you think Id be in there on a Saturday if my phone worked OK? Would I be switching for fun? Maybe your experience will be different.I hope so. :)
