Sam & joey in the surfside store are absolutely amazing and will do anything to make sure you walk out that door satisfied and have phones. I just switched to them and by mistake one of the sales reps misunderstood me and I ended up being there till 10:00pm the other night and left with 2 phones I didnt want. Well the next day Sam and joey was there and I spent another 3 hours there but I tell u what they made sure I had exactly what I wanted and needed and didnt have to give anymore money then I needed to seeing how I put money down the night before. She made so many calls and was so frustrated because all she wanted to do was get me out with the phones I wanted. Thank you guys so much I appreciate the hard work and dedication yall have for your customers!!

Great customer service although pricing is WAY off. I switched my fiance over from T mobile for the buy one get one promo and was told my bill would be about 200 with the family plan for 3 unlimited everything. Now my bill is almost 300 dollars a month after I have already done the switch with a 1,500.00 charge for getting out of this service even WITHOUT a contract with them. Plus service is horrible my Hot Spot barley works anywhere and I definitely do NOT have high speed data I also get dropped calls at least twice a day and alot of "breaking up" which prevents poor service for my line of work. I do NOT suggest Sprint to ANYONE.
