I am soooo happy with the service and the knowledge of the employees and the owner of Computer Zone. I bought a computer 2 years ago from Best Buy and ended up with a virus. I called Best Buy to service my computer that keep in mind I bought from Best Buy, and they gave me a ton of problems. They seemed like they didnt speak English with the terms they used and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to remove the virus. A friend of mine said he always went to Computer Zone and was ALWAYS happy with the service. I figured why not give it a try. I cannot tell you how down to earth and understanding the workers were, and the owner, Mike, even gave me his personal cell phone number!!! I will tell you this, you dont find service like that these days! I ended up buying a 2nd laptop because they fixed the first one for 1/4th of the price that best buy wanted and my daughter needed one for school. It works better than the brand new one I bought at Best Buy. I will always go to Computer Zone! You are a lifesaver...and wallet saver!!!!!

If you are having troubles with your computers, you need computer zone. my experience with computer zone is one of the best you could hope for! they fixed my computer in 1 day when others including microsoft could not. If your around kernersville,north carolina stop in the computer zone there and ask for mikey, hes the computer repair go to guy! try them when you need help, they are truly professionals in the field of pc repairs!!

A very unorganized and unprofessional business. First time I walked in they screwed up the schedule and instead of being ready for me they completely forgot. It was a very inconvenient 40 minute drive for me and a waste of my time. Never going here again.

Dreadful customer service and over priced; I only buy from here when I cant get what I need same day from somewhere else like West Mountain Pawn, Kernersville Pawn World, Wal-Mart or Good Will.

Like the ~WiNgZ~ says... BEWARE. They will sell you crap that doesnt work, all the have is a bunch of cruddy pre-used Dells laying around and charge way too much for NOTHING.

The Tech Mike did a very good job. Cleaned up my computer and had it ready the same day. Better than the Geek Squad at Staples who worked on it a month before.

This store will sell you used parts and will not give you money back if parts are not operable. They will only give you a store credit.
