We have had 2 screens and a home button replaced so far. Two on an iPhone and the other on an iPad (screen). The level of customer service has been exceptional. On my way in today to have another cracked screen repaired on an iPhone and a jammed power button looked at on another iPhone. We use our devices for business, and the turnaround time is fast, so our down time is very minimal. As long as they keep up with fair pricing and great customer service, we will keep spreading the word! Had to come back and remove a couple of stars from our review. Our experience went sour when one of the repairs was not done properly. We have not had a follow up after almost 2 weeks. I believe in second chances. Will post again if it ever becomes resolved.

They are very nice there.. however i replaced my screen twice. the first time the screen went all weird and all the colors were messed up and the touchscreen didnt work. than they replaced it under warranty… after that my screen popped from once side a few weeks after getting it replaced .. so i tried to press it down and it cracked the screen.. they wouldnt honor the warranty.. even though they didnt install it correctly after paying $100 for a new screen i think i had enough and tried a different place.

Great place. They did exactly what they said they would, they did it fast and they did it fair. There was a possibility something else was wrong with my phone, but when they did the main repair, it resolved the secondary issue and they could easily have charged me for both--I wouldnt have known the difference. The owner is on site. You can feel confident that you will be treated fairly and get great service here.

I went to get my iPad’s screen fixed and they damaged the LCD display. When I went to get the issue resolved, the stored manager said they had nothing to do with it that I had dropped it. I did NOT drop my iPad, it was working fine for 6 months while the screen was broken. STAY WAY from this place. They will take zero responsibility if they damage your device.

Really good customer service! Fast turn around time. I brought in a Sony Xperia to have the camera lens fixed. The part was ordered and came in as promised. I brought it in and 2 hours later my phone was fixed and better than new. The price was better than one of the carriers stored and I didnt have to give up my phone.
