I left my phone with them with the promise of them ordering a new part and fixing the screen. They told me that they would be out of town for the week so I understood that a 10 min job would take a week until they got back to the store. They promised top priority and that I would have my phone back immediately. When I went in almost 3 weeks later they claimed that "it was not their fault" and that the mail got lost and there was nothing they could do about it. Not only that, but the owner refused to acknowledge that my time had been wasted and expected us to still pay the deposit before giving me back my phone. I was asked to wait around for an hour before they even helped me and when they did they would not give me a concrete time that I would get my phone back and expected me to pay FULL PRICE. It was an insulting and upsetting experience and I walked out with my still broken phone 3 weeks after I brought it to them to be fixed. The owner feels entitled to money that isnt his. Do not waste your time or money at this place. It isnt worth it.

Horrible experience! I had my screen replaced on my iphone 6. Then had to go back less than a week later and have it re-glued because it was coming back up. Now less then a month later having the exact same problem, but now the screen went out. Go to apple and have it repaired. Its the same price if youre under warranty and sometimes apple will fix the screen for free. Whatever Apple charges you its definitely worth the price. Apple will never do a crappy job or lie to you about the needed repair.

Most honest and helpful service Ive experienced in a very long time! I was so suprised by how helpful, honest, and rapid their customer service was. I arrived at their store 10 minutes before their closing time, and they greeted me with a big smile! They were immediately attentive. I left 15 minutes later with a new SIM card, and no more data issues! I will never search for another phone service & repair store again. For any future repairs my phone may need, this will for sure be the place I come to!
