So i called twice about needing a car key cut ans i explained that it would need to be cut on both sides and the orginal had a transponder but not the one i needed cut. And i went in to show them my key before i ordered the uncut one ans they said they could cut it and then when i went in to have it cut the lady at the register said they couldnt cut it there befpre i could even explain that the one i needed cut did not have a chip. She was busy . I think she just didnt want to cut it.

This is the local place to go for a hardware item if your not trekking to a home depot or lowes. For a smaller store the stock pretty much all your going to need outside of large appliance items. The staff is knowledgeable which is refreshing from the larger stores where some staff really have no idea about the items in the section they are working in. Prices are reasonable and parking and access are a breeze.

The people here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They actually WANT to help customers - they never make me feel like Im bothering them. When you call an actual person who is capable of helping answers the phone. Fast and easy. I wish there were more stores like this....
