I bought 2 factory car keys at the dealership and wanted to have them cut to fit my truck. I went in and asked if they could cut them for me and they said yes. I went to pick up some spray paint at the paint section and the guy comes up to me and says they ruined my keys. I guess that they had cut them incorrectly. OK, stuff happens. "Can you cut me 2 of your generic keys to replace the ones that you had messed up?". The man says sure. I go to check out and the lady charges me for both keys and charged me for cutting them. When i tried to tell her the story she told me that wasnt her problem and that i needed to pay. She then told me i needed to hurry up because the line was getting backed up behind me. I understand that people make mistakes, but dont get mad at me like i made the mistake. I mean come on...
