It was extremely disappointing, after making the extra effort to order our washer/dryer directly from the store (instead of online, because we were told we wold get better service) that we had so many issues with customer service. This may have just as much to do with the installers as it has to do with the store itself and its disconnect with the installers. 1. I spent over an hour on the phone just to place the order. 2. Installers were out to our house twice and did not actually complete the install. (LGE USA) The second time, one of the installers refused to help move the door so that it opened logically (same side for stacking W/D). They also told us the builder was responsible having the wrong type of hose. Its a simple thing for a W/D installation company to have a $5 hose so that they can complete the installation. They did not so we ended up doing it ourselves (connecting and lifting the dryer to the top). We have no idea if weve actually done this correctly. 3. Home Depot was completely unresponsive. I called and asked for help, they said they could get back to us and then never called back and then every single person was clueless as to how to actually resolve the issue. Hopefully, more companies will spring up a la Casper with great customer service and follow-through so that people dont burn down their home or get crushed trying to install a dryer themselves.

The customer service at this location is awful. My husband and I went in to buy several ceiling fans, light fixtures and a wine cooler for our new house and you think for spending almost $1,000 they wouldnt treat you like crap but youd be wrong. We had to speak to 6 people before someone agreed to help us get a wine cooler down off the shelf and they couldnt have been ruder during the entire encounter. We waited nearly 45 minutes to get help and everyone except one employee who didnt even work in that department acted like we were completely inconveniencing them. When we got up to the register NO ONE offered to help us load anything into the car at all. They want to do as little as possible here. I will never return to this location for anything again.

Honestly, if youre a woman and you want some wood cut for your project- Id go somewhere else. I came in here the other night and was so appalled by how I was treated by the employee. He proceeded to make snarky remarks about the project I was trying to make insinuating that I got the idea off of Pinterest. All in all I was in there for 30 minutes and never got my wood cut. Instead was told that my project wasnt a good idea and it wasnt going to work. I left her there upset and went to the Home Depot in Apex where the friendly staff helped me and I was in and out in under an hour with everything I needed. And the project works great!

I went to this store because I wanted to add some shelves to my closet and had no idea what would/or would not work. I carried around a piece of plexi glass thinking it would work but didnt know how I could cut it to fit. I ran into an employee by the name of Ron Elliott and I believe he could tell that I needed help doing what I wanted to accomplish. He showed me what I needed to purchase and what kind of hardware I would need to secure it. I had measured my existing shelves and he told me that he would go ahead and cut the board we had picked out. He was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Got to the store at 7 hoping to be out in 10 minutes cause I knew what I needed. Walked aimlessly around store looking for SOMEONE to help. Also needed some keys made. Waited with another customer for SOMEONE to show up at the key machine, nobody came. After spending 20 minutes in your store I left. Went to Lowes across the street, got exactly what I needed with all the help I needed and was out in less than 15 minutes. Go to Lowes, save you the pain of home depot.

Service is really slow... The associated walking the floor have no clue what they are selling. Most of them are geriatrics who dont seem to care one way or another. Their store manager is unhelpful and rude. In order to get anything done you have to wait approximately a month for any kind of response and usually you have to go back multiple times. Dont shop here! Its awful. Just go to Lowes at least their reps are better trained and helpful.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOME DEPOT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEYRE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I PLACED A CUSTOM ORDER FOR COUNTERTOPS THAT I NEED FOR MY HOUSE AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER PUT MY ORDER THROUGH BUT OF COURSE CHARGED ME..I DID NOT RECIEVE A PHONE CALL , NOTHING. WHEN YOU CALL TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY ARE RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. I AM NOW LIVING WITHOUT ANY COUNTERTOPS. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Woman at customer service really tried to help me with my online order. Her manager was sitting on the patio furniture (she looked lazy, unprofessional, and didnt smile..not once). When the woman at customer service walked over and asked her about my situation, she gave a cold answer and was very rude about it. She didnt even speak to me when I was looking right at her. I ended up returning my items.

BEWARE!! They LOST a grill I purchased and refused to replace it with a comparable product! I was promised they would hold my product for pick up and when I called to get it I was told it had been sold to someone else! They refused to replace it with a comparable 5-burner grill and instead offered me a 4 burner grill and asked that I PAY THE $50 DIFFERENCE! BEWARE!!

Usually have to go to lowes for what I need. Also, they have an annoying team walking aroun trying to sell kitchen makeovers when they should be helping me with what I came for. Asked them to send someone to help, they said ok, then nobody showed. AT least get rid of the useless sales people trolling the isles annoying customers and wasting their time.

If you are going to buy appliances, ask for Laura! She is so knowledgable and efficent at her job! My wife and I bought a new home and we were looking for a refrigerator and washer n dryer. We picked out a set after Laura went over all brands with us and helped us find a perfect match! We still say hi to her when we are in the store n she remembers us!

Its overwhelming when my husband and I are in the store with a purpose of getting supplies for our projects and not to be followed around and be harresed to write them a good review. Customer service at the desk is very responsive and helpful, as well as many other department managers with whom I had a pleasure to talk to! It was an online order mismatch today so I had to visit the store twice, and I was treated politely both over the phone and then locally. Definitely a good place where Id go to again and again.
