I love one Krispy Kreme donut. Then I really like a second one. Then I would get sick if I ate a third. They are delicious, but oh, so sweet. They are pricey, but worth it if you get them warm, but they never have a price discount for a half-dozen, which is all we can buy for two people. They are actually cheaper at Bil-Lo, but are a day old and not as good as hot from the KK store.

Very bad customer service! Went for my dozen doughnuts...was told were out...to come back in hour. Did just that. Still was told the same thing-to come back in ANOTHER hour!!! Was told they couldnt help me..be of service to me... or fix my situation. How distasteful! So unprofessional....guess ill use Ingles for my doughnuts from now on.

they dont even make the donughts there anymore they get them shipped in on a truck from the asheville store so when it says hot and fresh.. thats only bc they just poured hot glaze on them............. but they are still good dont get me wrong but the fun part about krispy kreme is to watch them be made

Donuts were NOT hot. Just reheated with an extra layer of glaze. The variety donuts were obviously not made at this location - you could see where the sour cream donuts had been stacked previously. But the staff was very nice - and refunded my "hot" glazed box with no question.

Under new & enthusiastic management! Greenville location was providing the donuts for a while till Asheville was restaffed (as this isnt a production facility) but that ended a few weeks ago. Good to see everything is back on track & up to the quality customers can count on!

this place was a total waste of $10. Rarely am I appalled by donuts but their "hot" donuts were clearly microwaved and anything other than the glazed is rock hard and cold. Save your money and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I always have a hard time deciding between Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts. Obviously I ended up here on this day, but my experience wasnt "amazing". They were very busy so I should give them credit for rocking on a stiff crowd.

Website says you close at 10, showed up at 9:30 and youre closed?? I was not the only one who was upset either, a man was outside trying to figure out why you were closed early too. I love your Donuts though.

Go when the Hot Doughnuts Now sign is lit for a delicious freshly-glazed warm doughnut. Only 4 stars because the restroom usually needs attention and my order was incorrect during my last visit.
