Usually a decent experience here, but the last few times have been pretty bad. I ordered a half-caff coffee and the barista asked whether I wanted a pour over or a decaf americano. I specified the pour over and everything seemed fine, but as I walked away, she told the person next to her to just do a decaf americano and that I wouldnt know the difference. Now, chances are, I wouldnt, but it was disrespectful to hear. She gave me a little attitude when I approached her about it, but ultimately accommodated me. The time before that, the people behind the counter had an open argument going about back up orders and not being able to do their job right. Not a big deal, but shows more unprofessionalism. Im not going to write off the location, but Ill probably drive to a nearby coffee place if its not too far out of the way.

I started coming here a year ago and at first my experience was less than pleasurable. However, in the past 6 months Ive had a completely different and overwhelmingly positive experience with this Starbucks. Many of the staff has changed and they are absolutely amazing. They remember my name and my order when I visit and theyre always happy to see you. The drinks are always made perfectly and in the rare cases theyre not, the Baristas insist on remaking it for you. The location is great and theres lots of new, cozy seating to sit and relax and work inside and outside. Overall, I couldnt be happier with this establishment. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

The staff earned 5 stars, the manager got two taken away. He made my drink, in front of me, looked me in the eye, then set the drink on a back counter and made several more. He did not stop to ask what I was waiting for, made a drink for someone who placed an order after me, and handed it to that customer with a smile, then continued to ignore me even when I tried to get his attention. I had to wait for a staff person to come off of break to get my drink. I guess you have to drive thru to get timely attention by the manager, or know him personally, if you order a drink he prepares, because otherwise, hell make the drink and ignore you.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. There are some I avoid at all costs, but this location redeems the brand for me. Its either hiring the right people, or training people the right way, or some combination of the two. Im not one of the religious Starbucks goers, but if I dont go for 2 weeks, the girl taking the drive through order remembers me & says she hasnt seen me in a while. I like that. Its the little things. This store sets the bar high, and failing stores should go learn a thing or two from them. You never encounter a droll barista and they actively try to make sure your day starts off well. Couldnt be happier.

It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only 3 cars in front of us. The young Mrs. Doubtfire looking girl at the window messed up my order three times. They should have her cleaning stuff not taking customers orders. How hard is to make green tea ice latte with three ingredients? Upon receiving the green tea it looked like straight up milk. Im pretty sure tea should not be primarily white. I then parked and went inside to wait for another 15 minutes for them to fix my drink. I would not recommended this place unless you have a lot of time to burn.

Not a bad place to get a quick cup of coffee. Or if you want to spend some time here, thats also fine. Theres usually people that spend hours at a time here doing work or handing out. Good place to talk to clients or coworkers about business. I would suggest buying a gift card and downloading the App to start earning rewards towards your free cup of coffee. You need 10 or 12 but once you get the free reward, you can get any cup of coffee with as many shots or customization and its free!

I used my mobile ordering skills to order my ice coffee; supposed to have it in 4-7 minutes; I get there 5 minutes later and had to wait another 18 minutes for them to make it. They spent 15 minutes making drinks for the drive thru. This is the second time Ive had to wait longer than 15 min for my coffee using the mobile app. Im just gonna stick to my usual spot on Kennedy & Westshore. Its further but whatever.

Been here a half dozen times, its on my way home from work. Im only giving 2 stars because of its location. I have never gotten my drink right through the drive thru. Iced americano cream and sugar with hazelnut. Its not a hard order. Ive had to park and take it inside to fix it the last 2 times. The disarray and flies in the store should give a clue to deeper issues at this store.

Clean cafe with decent parking and lots of chairs and tables inside. They have almost all the food and drink options. Service is quick for the number of customers they have. Internet speed is good, powered by Google. Drive through line can sometimes be long. I got the skinny peppermint mocha and spinach feta wrap for breakfast - loved them!

Sad that Starbucks has become so Corporate this used to be my favorite Starbucks but now when asked if they would split a drink for my two young children they refuse citing corporate policy, but were willing to hand me a second empty cup so I could split the drink in my own car absolute bs

People are nice and courteous but their process management needs an overhaul. 21 people waiting for their drinks today while Noone waiting to order. One person manning the machine while 4 work on the drive thru... 10 employees this morning.

Painfully slow drive thru! Do not come here if you are in a hurry! You will wait at least 10 minutes minimum. I am here at 9:30 am. I would hate to see what its like earlier in the morning. The inside might be different I dont know.

While the drinks are great and the store is clean, theres never been a time where Ive walked in and been able to grab a coffee. Always a wait time. Of course, no marks on the staff or company, just a fact of a busy business.

Lovely calm staff...this is the only starbucks where they make my freshly brewed coffee so perfect and add the correct amount of steamed milk on top of it which I ask. Love the choco marble loaf cake here.

They only had one person doing frappachinos so people who arrived well after me were getting there drinks and leaving before I ever saw mine. When I politely questioned the barista she was short with me.

great staff of lovely ladies who make an exceptionally good coffee. Location was a perfect low key location to get some work done. Highly recommend if your in one of the neighboring hotels.
