Just had horrible experience here this morning. Went through drive -thru and ordered simple large black coffee. Cashier hands me cup that is dripping so as I carefully take cup trying to not drip in my car the top falls off entirely as it was not secured and hot coffee spills all over me, and all over my front seats and dash of my car. All the clerk can do is ask me if everything okay! Seriously?! I am on my way to work now covered in coffee and my leg is burning as well as my car interior is trashed! But it gets better... I pull out of line and go in to get rags to clean up and ask to speak to manager as well as my $ back. This POS manager thinks it funny! He is making a joke about how I have to go home to change clothes! Then offers me more coffee. Well needless to say I left upset and humiliated as if that was not enough. Starbucks has lost my business for good. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks its always a result in something negative. Either they make my coffee incorrect or they have a sour attitude. Such as today, a barista in particular named Jessica that had the absolute worst customer service and an even more terrifying attitude. My Mother lives close to this location as I visit her frequently and me being the SB addict that I am use this location often. Today was the last straw. I will never come back to this location, good riddance and smile more!

I came in and no one was smiling. I made a mistake on my order and asked for extra cream. Something simple. I even took blame for not saying it loud enough for the barista to hear. As Im walking away to add the steam cream in my drink myself, I hear the barista make a remark directed to me thinking I wouldnt hear it. Not the best customer service I would like to start my Wednesday.

Im a frequent customer of Starbucks and this location is the worst!! I have had many problems from getting my order wrong, rude uneducated staff to being served a partially frozen breakfast sandwich!! Thankfully Starbucks customer service made it right but, try to avoid this location if you can. Theres a brand new one just a few blocks north of here.

Let me just preface this post with - I am not suing or going for anything like that. I ordered an unsweetened ice tea...which if you have ever ordered is a bit overpriced. When the ice melted and I got towards the bottom - I noticed a HUGE dead fly that I apparently had been drinking with the entire time. #neveragain

What a dump. And right next to Sonnys BBQ. Dirty floors and tables. Orders filled by resentful, annoying baristas probably escaping from Northeastern dumps like Boston and Jersey. Stay away, or buy your coffee and enjoy it at the health store in the same parking lot, has nice chairs and benches.

I try to not come here often because its usually right before I go into work. I wait at least 15-20 minutes just in the drive thru line, and when I go inside it seems just as slow. I love Starbucks but its disappointing to see one like this, especially for the price your paying.

Love this Starbucks.. good customer service and great coffee.. although I have to say today I ordered 5 drinks, and on the tray were 100 small ants! Gross! I hate to leave negative feedback and wish I could give 5 stars.. if you asked me before today it would be 5 stars.

The set up is horrible, you have to walk past people waiting for there drink, the determine where the line starts. And if there busy, they seem to be more interested in conversations than making a drink. (New location review)

Nicki and Bianca were the baristas working the drive through this morning and they were so fast! I usually dont go through the line when it looks as long as it did this morning but these girls were doing WORK!

Chalk coffee, dirty tables with liquid spills on them and all over the floor. Spotty and the second Starbucks I have seen recently in this kind of disorder. Never ever giving this chain another penny.

The SLOWEST coffee shop ever. 16 minutes to get 7 cars through the drive through line. Its just coffee! Pour it into the cup and hand it out the window! Always a long wait at this location!

Friendly order barista, "no problem to do light ice". Drink is good, but the barista making my drink put in more ice than Ive ever had, even as she said, "light ice". Frustrating.

They have to remake me drink EVERY time I go because the dont read my cup including my visit just 2 minutes ago, and my drink is Luke warm. Very disappointing for a $4.50 drink.

Its the only location in the area open until 11, which is a blessing to most night owls around. The night crew is also extremely quick, friendly and makes a mean iced mocha.

Theres a nice and comfortable seating area inside, with a nice patio on the outside as well. Service is generally friendly and quick here, plus they have a drive-thru.

Drive thru is slow no matter when I go. You will be waiting at least 7 or 8 minutes. Orders have been messed up a few times too. I try to avoid this location.

My closest starbucks is Nebraska and 19 location but I like going to this one.....they are fast and are all so friendly.

Friendly staff and the store is cleaner than most. Very relaxing on a Saturday night. Not as noisy as some Starbucks.

Employees are always friendly, but this is the slowest drive thru Ive ever been through. 15-20 min wait every time.
