Whenever we come back to Michigan to visit, one of the things we look forward to is being able to stop at Tim Hortans. This is the second time during our trip that we have stopped, but unfortunately will probably be our last at this location. We had the same man at the register both visits. Our family is pretty friendly and respectful. This guy seems irritated to take our order and very impatient. To top it off one of our breakfast sandwiches was not how we had ordered it, but because they are busy and everyone else on staff seems to be friendly we just dealt with it. I would suggest this guy not be working at the register if the customers irritate him so much. p.s. The two stars are for the rest of the staff, and the way we witnessed them treating other customers. I would actually give them five stars.

I drove through the drive thru expecting the average time it takes for them to make my sandwhich. The woman in the drive thru was friendly and asked me to just move up next to the door so they could serve the other people behind me their coffe while my sandwhich was being made. I end up sitting there for 15 minutes before i walk in to get my sandwhich my self, i see it sitting on the corner in the box and they said they forgot about it and it is now cold. This location is a joke.

Horrible experiences. Ive tried to go back today for the second time in a month. I thought things would change guess not. Young clerk man behind counter was flat out rude. He couldnt say hi or how are you or can I take your order he just stares at you. Manager lady not so pleasant either treats people horrible not to mention her language is inappropriate for a workplace

First they didnt take our order so we had to just drive to the window just to take the order, then we had to wait for 10 minutes until one of us finally went in to get it, they forgot one of our sandwiches, the others didnt taste very well at all, and worst of all they gave me G2! this is the third time that Tim Hortons has messed up my order

Used to always come here... never had a problem until the last couple of times the person working the window, going through the drive thru, was rude when I asked for a cup of ice. He told me I should ordered it when I was at the menu.. didnt know I wanted than until I sat in like for a little and thought about it.

Saturday morning stopped in there before work bought a medium ice capp. Get to work and grab my ice capp and its leaking everywhete! Turns out my cup had a cracked all the way down the cup! She should of seen that while she was making it. I was so not very happy that day! I even took a pic of it!

This is the worst tim hortons Ive ever been too. I just got back from there and they suck. A certain guy at the window gave me an attitude because HE messed up my order twice. They have such crappy attitudes and everyone I know that has went there before said the same thing. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

Never have fresh donuts they are always stale. Staff is rude and argues and lies about how Fress items on the menu are. Ice caps are always over loaded with cream purposely when I tell them no cream or light cream. Not recommended to go to this one. Go to 23 mile or the one on Gratiot.

99.9 % of the time my order is perfect my food is hot the window is only 45 to 60 sec. for drive-thru every time for the 2yrs I have been coming here .1% was corrected immediately love the management and the drive-through team No Other location compares sorry

Always quick. Do a pretty good job during the morning rush. Sometimes during the rush the food gets messed up a little bit. For example: sometimes I get a bagel with so much cream cheese that it is hard to eat, and other times there is barely any there.

Love this location, the staff is friendly and the coffee is great. Its the only location that doesnt burn the brew. I been from Detroit to port Huron and if I get my coffee anywhere else in am disappointed.

Our donuts were all stale. And of course, I was sad to find out they dont have the creamy maple chill! Staff was friendly and the place was clean AND I was thrilled to find a tims in Michigan!

The coffee is the worst I have ever had bitter asked for hazelnut in coffee with 3 creams did not taste no hazelnut will get my coffee from some other Tim hortons shop threw the cup out

I really like this Tim Hortons because theyre fast. I am in line now and come three times a week and it is always Quick and easy. I would go out of my way just to go to this one.

Not easy to reach from either direction of I94 or MCH, but never a wait and amble parking. Donuts arent too bad either.
